I was there tonight and waited outside the door for 5 minutes at the door. The employee there was not at present at the station. Once he came he rudely pointed me to come inside. Once inside he told me that “can’t you just wait for 5 minutes” I said I had to attend my shift at work. Anyways he was very rude to me and not even present at the service desk, there was a guy waiting at the door at the same time and he left the station as no one was there to serve. Im not even sure if this business is interested in providing people service, the staff were very unprofessional and rude!
The lady working this morning was so lovely. Cheerful and bubbly, it felt like I was waking into a cafe. Will definitely come back again when she is working.
Stopped in for a Long black coffee, normally these get double cupped as they are pipping hot and can burn your hands, when the attendant walked past they told me off for using two cups and instead of letting me use the cup i believe the cup that my hands and had another possibile contaminated cup inside it went back for another unsuspecting customer to use, gross.
I had gone to 7 eleven with another friend to get some donuts. they where $8 and I had given the lady $6 and she argued with me that I gave $5.50 when there was no $0.50 coins that I gave to. I owed the worker $2 and she never gave me my change back. I really don’t care about the extra $0.50 that i should have been given back I was annoyed and angry that a worker had argued with me which should not have been an argument in the first place.
