This Coles has the best customer service I have ever experienced in a grocery store in the southern hemisphere. The staff are just exceptional. They are always pleasant to talk to, happy to help and most importantly, attentive - especially with self check out. They all seem like a cool, calm and collected team and I always enjoy shopping here.
Only one serviced register open at 6:30 on a Saturday night is stupid.nI refuse to use self serve for a very full basket. The worst part is there are staff everywhere standing around talking and not looking like they are doing much.
The best coles!! Staff are outstanding, so many regulars have been there for years. They are always friendly and helpful. Produce is great. The only downside was when they narrowed the aisles so it’s a bit squishy now, but overall it’s our favourite place to get our groceries.
Disappointed today with staff member calling police on a group of kids who were outside playing/exercising not at Coles the kids were in an empty park where there was a gazebo. They were not doing anything wrong, they were not loud and they did not go into Coles in a big group. There was no need for the staff member to cause such distress to these kids. Your staff member was outside just watching the kids from a far and called police with false allegations. The stress your staff put on these kids for doing nothing wrong is disgraceful. I know some of those parents and we will not be entering your store again due to this action.
Great! Only downfall is they don’t really have a specials section. The Woolies in Berwick does and on a Sunday night you can SCORE some ripper deals!
