What a brilliant experience dealing with the team at Berwick.  From our initial greeting over a cappucino, through to explaining the details of the car and the test drive, nothing was too much trouble.  Chris Jennings was friendly and you felt he was there to help, not just sell a car.  When we picked up the car it was immaculately presented, with little touches like flowers and other MB goodies to round off the experience.  Although we were buying an A series demonstrator, we were treated the same as  if we were purchasing the most expensive vehicle at the dealership. We even had a couple of follow up calls to make sure we understood the car and all was well.  Well done MB Berwick!

We recently had our GLE63S serviced again at MB Berwick and were once again looked after by Sean. A couple of warranty items to be attended to this time which Sean looked after and then explained what had been done in detail to fix the problems. Nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased with the service once again and their attention to detail is fantastic - and the car wash at the end of the day was the icing on the cake - as it always is. The service experience will lead me back to buy another car from them one day.

My C200 recently had a small diesel leak coming from the engine bay which I discovered on Friday.  I rang Berwick Mercedes Benz Service department that day and was booked in for a service and had the vehicle repaired on Monday morning.  The car was cleaned inside and out when I collected it.  I am so impressed with the entire staff at Mercedes Berwick. They are so polite and accommodating both on the phone and in person and make you feel quite special with the service they offer.  It is so refreshing these days to have such excellent service and I cannot fault the team at Berwick.  I absolutely love my C200 and will definitely buy my next update from Berwick Mercedes.  I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Recently bought a new Car from MB Berwick. The test drive was good and was well organised. I was provided with all information I needed. Once I decided to go ahead with buying the car I liked I was able to inspect the car at their Storage facility before signing the Contract. During delivery I was also introduced to one of the Servicing Dept. staff and was provided with future valuable information. Overall satisfied with the service received so far. Hope to get the same service in future.

Just picked up my first ever Mercedes...  Purchased a C 300 sedan from Damon at MB Berwick. From my initial call to driving out of the dealership nothing was too much trouble, fast, efficient, very pleasant and not at all pushy, it is a pleasure dealing with professionals who know how to treat you with respect. 
Great experience and I know where I will be heading for my next purchase and all my servicing.
