Far out where do i start ?? Took 9 weeks to fault and fix my car i brought my 2015 mn triton as my first car and have had nothing but problems first of all i had my thorttle hose blow off before i even got home (less then 15km away ) straight from the showroom then i had injector issues at the start of the year " apparently" they fixed it and it was still running the same then i take it back and im the only one calling them to find out what they have done rather then them ring me then they said i need a new motor under warranty yeah no worrys !! Then 5 weeks later im ment to pick it up on that day the new motor blows up because due to lack of checks they didnt check my turbo and that caused it to blow up then i get told another 3 weeks till i get a new motor which is so stupid so i gave them a deadline to fix it with new motor turbo and injectors and i picked it up got back to my workshop And was leaking coolant took it back and by this point id had enough of being screwed around i waited for it to be fixed 2hrs later my car runs fine "for now who knows how long it last " all i can say is poor effort for taking 9 weeks to fault and fix my car !!! Not bloody happy !!!

From the customer service to the actual job. Can't fault these guys. Great experience overall. Only place I'll go for any Mitsubishi related services. Highly recommend them.

VERY POOR SERVICE I am a long time customer of Berwick Mitsubishi. I recently put my Mitsubishi Triton in for a 150,000 kl. service. After leaving my car for the day I was told it would be completed at 5.00pm but it was closer to 5.30pm. when I started it up the fan sounded like it was hitting on the shroud, it was not drivable and as well the filler cap was left open on the windscreen washer bottle, which made me think it was home time so the bonnet was put down without the final inspection or road test. When I asked for a mechanic to look at it I was told they had all left and I would need to leave my car overnight and they would look at it first thing in the morning. I phoned the next day at Lunch time before it was completed. I feel that Dealerships charge a lot more for their services so I don't think it is a lot too expect a good job. I shall not return!
