Stihl Hallam has no care for the loyal customer. I recommend building a relationship with another store if your after good old fashion service. 
Shrugging shoulders when an issue is presented is not a service I’m putting hard earned money into. 
Order was a week late, then price changed on pickup. I could have bought product anywhere and not waited.

I bought my mower here last April, dropped off the machine Saturday morning for its initial service and picked it up today. All the staff I came across were friendly, patient, professional and efficient. Thanks.
