Went in to buy a pair of shoes for my son, he tried on the size 2 so I said yes, to find my son had taken the tags off the shoes the following morning and was actually given a size 1. He was also quick to add me in the system to go back and shop there. Definitely no from me! I have now got to go buy another pair that I cannot afford and have just waisted $100
Witnessed the staff working yesterday not allowing a group of kids with their parent to step foot into the shop “unless they bought something”. This incident was definitely racially motivated and is unacceptable behaviour in this day and age. I hope management speak to their staff on how to treat ALL of their customers with dignity and respect.
I went in to try a hoodie and slides on, I was being served by a nice lady but when I walked into the changing room the guy who I think might be the manager followed me to integrate me about taking the slides to the changing room.. it was very unnecessary considering I was already in the changing room and the door was closed. I had to explain to him I was only holding a wallet and I had no other bag with me. I walked out completely put off by that experience. You should never stereotype! Treat your customers better.
Worst customer service. I Went in for one thing and waited at the counter, the two staff who were there walked past, greased me off and didn’t serve or an knowledge me waiting there for 20 minutes. Useless bunch of men who were working that night

Sally and Eliza were fabulous . Sally took the time to listen and workout which shoes would work best for my 6 year old and then help her narrow down the choices , when my daughter panicked about not being able to do shoelaces, her quick thinking and the performance laces she recommended have done the trick , then to give my daughter extra confidence, sally laced the shoes and showed her how simple it was to do them up . Happy child happy mum great shopping experience overall . Would highly recommend and will return for any other sporting needs . Thanks again Sally .
Good range and prices. Poor girl was rushed off her feet trying to serve all the customers. They def needed more team members to help serve.
