We have been shopping at Crystal World several years on a steady basis. We look for variety in our products and we've found out Crystal World can't be beat (and yes..we've tried many other outlets to no avail). CW is no doubt the best by a long shot! We've been in the gem business for 25 years so we know. The staff is always very professional, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. The variety, quantity and quality of their products is fantastic! We would HIGHLY recommend CW to a novice right up to a professional. Bottom line is Crystal World is the best!!! One of the staff had a very cold attitude and she was behaving as if she knew all about crystal and as if we got no idea. She was suggesting ourselves getting a course of some sort to know about crystals as if we asked her about that. It was very clear that she didn't want to help us and move on to the next customer without letting you that she will come back. She just keeps you waiting and comes across very mean and rude. The other staff are welcoming and has a smile on their face. Apart from that there is a big collection of crystals and you will be amazed. Their price is on the high side as well. Go around other crystal shop in Melbourne and you may find better deals and good customer service.

Crystal world not only has a huge range of crystals, they are also extremely affordable!

Fabulous except when I got stabbed by amethyst but I'm ok i loved my géodes and cracked quarts
