Kmart is a great place to shop when you need a bit of everything in one store. They have a wide variety of sections — from kids’ items and clothes to kitchenware and home essentials. Prices are very affordable, and while the quality isn’t top-end, it’s generally good for the price you pay. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly store for everyday needs.
Order tumbler with handle as click and collect. It was wrapped and given on collection. When opened it has scratches and dangerously metal coming out as shown picture which can cause septic.
Was there on monday and was browsing the girlsteenssection.A staff member who was putting new stock on the shelf just side eyed me and mother in law which I really didn’t care about.probably was being jealous because i have exotic skin But as soon as i picked up a top and was looking for sizes she loudly huffed and puffed just because we were touching the shirts.. which mind you we were totally being respectful and putting it right.. i definitely felt like I didn’t belong there! Fountain gate has so much better staffs! Don’t waste your time at this store!
Busy store, every time I go there.nStill has the stupid layout of cashier in the middle of the store, so you need to line up again to have your receipt checked by a staff member when leaving... which is such a frustrating process at such a busy store, now I don't bother to que up to be checked, I walk out like I would if they had the registers near the door.nThis is such a pain, I either buy somewhere else, or wait until I need more to make it worth the effort of long ques at the register and again at the exit.nI would have given a one or two star rating except for the staff being so helpful, always helping me even when busy.
Experienced extremely disrespectful and disappointing service especially from the service manager named Allahna not sure about her name. She was extremely rude and came off as quite abrasive when it came to her customer service duties. She was irritated when asked about the K-Mart return policies Instead of explaining or helping out she ended up calling security. This was extremely disrespectful as we hadn't threatened or made any remarks of threats to warrant such behavior. I normally don't post reviews but to experience such blatant disrespect is something I've never experienced anywhere in my 21+ years of living in Melbourne. I hope the managements hierarchy would consider this as advice to look after the customers better and not as a complaint on the management and employee team as a whole. I do not think I will be considering coming here again anytime in the near future. Goodluck.
