Busy store, every time I go there.nStill has the stupid layout of cashier in the middle of the store, so you need to line up again to have your receipt checked by a staff member when leaving... which is such a frustrating process at such a busy store, now I don't bother to que up to be checked, I walk out like I would if they had the registers near the door.nThis is such a pain, I either buy somewhere else, or wait until I need more to make it worth the effort of long ques at the register and again at the exit.nI would have given a one or two star rating except for the staff being so helpful, always helping me even when busy.

Cranky staff members and long queues for the registers. Children all over the place getting in people's way. I don't care if it's a Wednesday and school holidays. They should keep their calm and be professional. I'm never going to shop at Cranbourne again. Instead I will drive to Rosebud. Bitterly disappointed that I couldn't find anything that I needed although it says that it was in stock. Where??
This place even floor manager got behaviour and tone issues, they must be taught before giving such responsibilities being manager, if they don't know how to refer the customer or treat 3 year old kid, must not be on floor. Young blood with full attitude being manager. Hopeless behaviour & staff selection.
