Kmart is a great place to shop when you need a bit of everything in one store. They have a wide variety of sections — from kids’ items and clothes to kitchenware and home essentials. Prices are very affordable, and while the quality isn’t top-end, it’s generally good for the price you pay. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly store for everyday needs.
It was great today knowing I could very likely purchase these items in this store. Kmart Cranbourne has quite a good selection of things for house & travel… and a drink bottle which I needed. When you are short on time and/or energy, the general knowledge of store and setup of where things are, helps.nnThere is one thing I don’t like as someone with a bad back… having to go to the back of the store to the service desk for exchanging or returning goods. Especially when there are busy and only have one staff member working and you can’t stand long..nnOther than that.. I like KMart.
I bought a duffel bag from this kmart today afternoon, which was folded and zipped in a covering bag. After reaching home and unfolding it , I discovered that the bag was much bigger than the one I actually saw as an open specimen over there. None had price tags on them , which could have helped avoid the confusion.nnAnyway , I went to return it tonight, Customer Service lady said I need to return it in a resaleable condition. I said the bag is in perfect condition, it only needs to be folded back in to the covering bag. She said yeah , but she doesn’t know to do it and doesn’t even try to do it. I told her I don’t either , so could you get some one who knows how to put it back in. She said ok , goes to the back of the office. I manage to fold it into the covering bag myself, so I tell her I did it. She says ok and proceeds to go to the back of the store and comes back with another lady . The new lady now says ok the bag is fine , you can proceed with the refund , but you didn’t have to be rude. I was shocked. I explained what happened and said I don’t see rudeness in anything I said , I was being practical. She again repeated I don’t have to be rude thrice !!! I said it’s unfair you are calling me rude based on what your employee said without cross checking with me. I ask the First Lady I want to speak to the manager. The lady says the Second Lady is the manager !!!nnKeep up the work quality and training Kmart !!
Order tumbler with handle as click and collect. It was wrapped and given on collection. When opened it has scratches and dangerously metal coming out as shown picture which can cause septic.
I am utterly appalled by the management at the Kmart store in Cranbourne.nnI waited in line at the service desk for **1 hour and 24 minutes** to get an SD card that was indicated as available on the shelf. I spoke to two staff members, requesting them to call the store manager to assist the overwhelmed employee, but I received no response.nnWhen I approached one of the employees on the floor, she shouted that the manager wouldn’t be coming down and that they were short-staffed. I then asked her what she was doing, to which she replied that she was processing an online order.nnThis is unacceptable customer service, especially after such a long wait. Ultimately, we were informed that there were no SD cards available, despite the tags on the shelf indicating otherwise.
