This place even floor manager got behaviour and tone issues, they must be taught before giving such responsibilities being manager, if they don't know how to refer the customer or treat 3 year old kid, must not be on floor. Young blood with full attitude being manager. Hopeless behaviour & staff selection.
I have never been treated so appallingly by a Kmart employee before. The duty manager, Laura, stormed through the store behind me, both going towards the fitting rooms. She disgustingly looked at me and directed I was to take 6 to the fitting rooms which I was well aware. The young girl working the change rooms was lovely and took the items from me. Laura then demanded I leave my personal shopping bags from another store behind the desk, as was the rules. I said ‘that’s weird, I’ve been here multiple times and never been asked that, though I’m happy for you to check my bags now and then when I leave the fitting rooms’. She then said ‘I’m the duty manager and they’re not my rules, but you’ll follow them’. I said to her there was no need to be so rude and that I wasn’t trying to cause a problem, but had never been asked to leave personal items before. She then looked again disgustingly at the two girls behind the counter and said ‘which one of you is coming with me’ - they had no idea what she was talking about and she proceeded to be incredibly rude to them both. The young girl then let me know I wasn’t required to leave my personal belongings at the counter, unless they were Kmart bags. I turned to Laura and said ‘well, are they the rules?’ And she said ‘if she says they are’.nnI feel incredibly sorry for the team at Cranbourne Kmart to be working under such a rude person, who frankly seemed miserable. Hopefully she improves her attitude and approach to her job, because I wouldn’t be letting my children work around someone like her.
just left the cranbourne store today around 9:00pm, my friend and I had quite an unpleasant interaction with the lady at the entrance of the store. We showed the lady our receipt and as we walked out the scanner started beeping. She directed us to come back in the store. I tried showing her the receipt yet her attention was directed to my friend who was holding the stuff purchased. She asked if we had anything in our pockets and even went to the extent to ask if my friend had anything under her hat because it was “beeping for a reason”, when I confronted her about the question she told me she was “only joking”. She had very little customer service skills and after noticing that both me and my friend were irritated about being falsely accused all she responded with was “sorry love” , definitely frustrating experience for the both us, considering she let other people walk off despite it beeping when they walked through.
It'd always too hot or too cold. Having registers in the middle and not front is incredibly annoying
Bought 2 camping chairs at Kmart Cranbourne, the section they were in it said $35 at the check out we were told $52 when the chap at register ask for what they call a price check at the spot they were on the shelve, so a person called Liam came and said what price is at the register is the price wasn’t going to look at the shelf, I asked about no pricing on the shelf, he basically shrugged his shoulder and gave me a answer that was intimidating, I found him to be a very aggressive and arrogant in his manner, I feel this may also have been because we arenold and Liam felt he could treat us with no respect and just bully us.nI bought the camping chairs but I will no longer purchase from Kmart Cranbourne,nI’ve purchased from Kmart stores for years and have never been spoken and treated like this from any staff member. Cranbourne Kmart is the worst retail store I’ve been in.nI spent 40 years in sales from managing stores, accountant management and serving in retail, this guy shouldn’t be dealing with customers or he needs training.nRegardsnMilton
