I was most impressed that the technician who was about to sell me new glasses and frames was quite happy to just adjust my existing pair because the prescription hadn't changed very much. He put customer satisfaction before a sale.
Sandra assisted me with my initial appointment and when I collected my glasses. She is an absolute asset to OPSM Cranbourne. Her customer service is impeccable. She was professional and friendly and gave me all the time I needed to get the service I needed.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. By far the best opsm I have been to. Renee and another team member worked together to solve the problem I had and were very kind! Highly recommend this store.
It was a great first time experience at the optometrist! The Dr cared and provided an outstanding service and review. The customer service team topped it off with another round of outstanding service with appropriate insights about what would be beneficial, worthy and value for me. The manager was particularly helpful and her team followed up my next visits with equal attention and care. Most recommended OPSM store!
just had the worst eye test I've ever experienced. The optometrist 'Dong Le' was not friendly at all. She was very impatient and disrespectful. I was ready to purchase my new glasses there but I've decided to go to another store
Bought two pair of glasses, one for far and one for close and they didn’t help my vision at all. And I felt as if my vision had got worse from these glasses. I spent around $1K, I spoke to the manager about this issue and they were very rude & disrespectful and didn’t help with my matter. They also hanged the phone on me. Don’t recommend this place at all.
My experience at OPSM Cranbourne my great, I had a thorough diabetic eye exam done by Shelley who provided exceptional service. She clearly explained to me the current state of my eyes' health, things that I need to avoid bungee jumping is now off the bucketlist, and ordered the correct lenses for me. I totally recommend getting your eyes checked and your products purchased at OPSM Cranbourne.
Great service, the staff who helped fit my glasses and tested me before I took the glasses home were great. When I first went to get prices the staff needed treat me like a patient as I was overwhelmed about getting glasses.
Wonderful experience with optometrist Anthony Kouch, he did my eye check with using all appropriate equipments.
OPSM at Cranbourne Park provides exceptional customer service. From my initial optometrist appointment, to assisting with selecting the right frames their expertise was second to none! I wanted contact lenses as well so they had me trial lenses to ensure they were right for me. They were very thorough step-by-step, absolutely outstanding!
