Whilst their stock selection is good, their customer service could do with a lot of work. They still have ‘click and collect’ parking bay, but have chosen to stop using them and will not help even if requested - which is frustrating when you’ve got sleeping kids in the car and you’d really like to avoid bringing a grumpy child in-store. If you don’t offer the service, don’t advertise it.

One star is too much considering the pathetic customer service in the printing section. I needed help with the printer at the self service and I was completely ignored by Lexi despite repeatedly asking for help. The young girls in there are terrible. Thank goodness for the older lady who really helpful after a 45 minute wait!
This evening got great service from Felicia. Used the self serve stations, and Felicia gave great customer service. - thanks
Printing department & best practise at this store is atrocious. Spent 20 minutes waiting in line for service, to then be forced into using the self service machines which 3/5 were out of order. Put money on a card which I will not get back. Then spent 15 minutes in line waiting as they kept faulting. Then when I finally go to use it it won’t work for me! So back to the desk I go to wait another 10 minutes! All while they are chatting to each other. Doubled everybody’s waiting time for “convenience”. They also forgot to hand back my USB. Awful awful service. 45 minutes spent in store to print 14 documents. This store seriously needs to be checked out by management reading other reviews.
The level of customer care is less than nothing. Counting 12 "staff" in the immediate vicinity of me and not a single person came to assist me in a purchase of electronics. Went to the counter to pay for what I had gathered and explained I wished to purchase an e-reader but because no one cared to assist me, I couldn't, to which I recieved a response of "oh I'm sorry about that" As I explained that they didn't care either to make a sale as she didn't even offer to get me any assistance. The total worst experience I've ever had from office works. Pick up your game Cranbourne and I'll assume office works in general. Less than 1 star.
Horrific customer service. Got served by Belinda today who did not even engage in conversation with me. During the interaction all that was said to me was “it’s $45 dollars”. Belinda happily engaged in conversation with a colleague while serving me, did not even acknowledge my presence and walked off before my receipt even printed. I highly suggest management have a conversation with Belinda about basic customer service skills.
Terrible. Currently waiting in line for over 5 minutes with 5 customers ahead of me while four staff members printing areas stand talking behind the counter. The young man with the glasses and Lady with glasses helpful and busy. The others not!!
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Thanks to the amazing Sales Representative: Michelle , of the Printing Department who helped me heaps with her great advice & outstanding Service for my Prints this morning ... very professional Representative I would encourage anyone to ask for her if you need a good advice for your Prints and my Prints were better than I expected... thanks to the Above and Beyond Service of Michelle
The friendly customer staff will tell you that all the staff are stocking up shelves and busy elsewhere, you will have to wait for sometime. Went there last Friday at around 6 PM to look for an office chair and asked twice to the front end to send some assistance as no one is available nearby but the Friendly customer staff said they will be there soon. I expect the SOON to be in around 2-3 minutes but 15 mins and no one turned up. To the management, do not worry you will not find me there again.
