After having issues from a Perth store on organizing some lights for me I contacted Kate from the Cranbourne store as they had stock of them. Told her about my troubles about sourcing these lights and if I could purchase it from their store and get delivery. Without hesitation she insisted she can help me out and indeed she did. Great Service and Great Communication. Thanks Kate A1 Service!!!!! Maybe Perth could use a thing or 2 about customer service from you guys!!!

I just bought a couple of lights spending over $300, the lady served me looks like she must have already bad start of the day. Rude, no customer service very bad behaviour. She insulted by saying you are not only customer shops here when ask for any discounts as I spend over $2k at beacon lighting in two days. Fountain Gate girls are fantastic.
Excellent service, the sales person also showed us how to use the beacon lighting app and gave great advice on choosing the best fittings.
A bit expensive but the only place that has retractable ceiling fans.

I have had the best service from this particular store. My mum was after a whole house of lights and the staff member was so helpful. Mum has a speech issue due to a stroke and is very uncomfortable talking to strangers. Sue made her feel so comfortable. Excellent service would highly recommended and they really know their stuff. Even go there just for globes now. A+
I entered the store, the lady made eye contact and didn't even say hi or if I needed any help. She then follows me around the store and I asked whether she had downlights and wanted something cheap and affordable. She blunty said you need to go to bunnings. Is this customer service? And she had the audacity to ask me on whether I'm selling my house, my body felt so numb as she was assuming I was dodgy. Never coming back here again.
I have bought a glass light . It was in the box and i booked the electrician to come and fix the electrician found the glass lights a bit damage. after 2 days lockdown start and i went to change the glass they said to wait for lockdown to eased. Doesn't make sense when the shop is open i asked them to just change the glass i will wait outside. The lady became very rude and said that talk to Daniel Andrew.
