Staff very helpful and pleasant. Great range of products and generally very good prices. Have some great specials at times. Generally cheaper nearby stores for same or similar product. Store usually well kept and clean. Can be a little crowded and some areas not a lot if room to move around if you had a pram of using wheelchair. But still accessible and staff will also assist with any needs or enquiries. Good online website as well that is easy to navigate and find what you are after. I recommend this store
I'm in 2 minds about the ratings here I'd prefer to give the upper management the fewer stars and the team on the floor more. We went 23rd December and were not able to find a single employee on the floor who wasn't flat out. I really felt bad for them. They were super busy and short staffed especially being the time of year it was it's a shame they did not have the staff to accommodate. When we were able to speak to a team member she was very helpful and sweet and helped us within minutes allowing us to find what we needed make our purchase and get out and home to wrap up the presents at a decent hour.
I did a click and collect for an Ipad Pro and received it in the worst condition ever. I usually buy Apply products but this is just awful. I had it swapped few mins after receiving it in store. The male staff who was assisting me stated that “It is just dirty but it is fine on the inside.” Felt like it was unfair because I did not pay just few dollars for it. Good thing that the lady beside him advised him to have changed. I will consider buying else where next time, especially if it is click and collect.
Bought a new Tablet end of September, had it replaced 4 days later and it malfunctioned, dud it again 3 weeks later, had it replaced again, now going back yet again with the same issue, the saleman I deal with Josh is amazing!! Will now be getting another brand!! Have email the company will not say which brand informing them their product is dreadful and will not buy their brand again...
Not happy with the service. I went today to get the Eufy Doorbell which shows in stock in store. After grabbing the empty box from shelf, I went to pay on counter. Guy called someone to bring it from back store. After 10 mins, he told me sorry it looks like it is not in stock. Which is bit weird, I think because they were busy and were not bother to check it properly. Not a happy customer.
Boy, retail has gotten lazy. We went in to the store albeit, 15 mins before it was set to close and there were 7 JB Hi-Fi staff standing around the counter talking. Not a single one was interested in offering us any assistance. It was so awkward that we felt like WE intruding them by wanting to ask a question. So we left and will not be returning to this store again. As it is, JB HIFi workers are hard to track down at the best of times but to have 7 in the one spot is like striking gold but alas, it turned out to be a piece of scrap metal! I know it's the end of a long shift for you guys but come on, do better.
I have bought multiple things from this store . This time it was a robot vaccum cleaner . The price was same as good guys ,but the extended cover was cheaper with jbhifi. As always staff have been very helpful
No purchase made on the day but was looking for assistance with an electronic gadget. Sales person was happy to help. Pleasure to visit that shop for purchases as well.
Extremely helpful bloke in the games department answering all my questions and making sure I left with everything I asked for and needed.
My husband & I found a young lady, who helped my husband with a small problem with his new camera. While I checked out the mobile's. When she finished I asked about the new Samsung mobiles. She advised us on what one to get. Then showed us the Samsung Tablets. Again she guided us to the best Samsung Tablet. My husband bought that model. I like to Thank this lady for being the best staff member there. The Samsung tablet is perfect.
