It's a a JB HiFi. Is it top of the line electronics? No. Is it the cheapest? Also no.nnCan you get better with some creative googling and searching around? Well, yes. You could.nnBut if you need a Phillips Hue super quick, come here.
Placed an order for a product as the product was not available in the store. Gave me a pick up date. On the pick up date I called the store as I did not get any message or email. Said that the product is not received yet and they do not have an date. It can be anywhere between 7 to 14 days.nnThey were also taking order that newer order will he delivered 1 week later.nnAs I paid through gift card they can return me the gift card only. Can you return my money so that I can buy from another store.nnThe behavior of the manager was not good. Very poor service. Avoid this store if you can.
Amazing selection of products, very well organised, super clean, lots brands, delightful staff, good advice, top shop to visit
Very poor customer service. There were four staff at the counter, three just standing around talking to each other and only one serving a customer, request assistance from them ,while I waited nearly 15 minutes in the smartwatch section with my pregnant wife and 3-year-old son. I had to go back and remind them again before someone finally came over, and even then he said he couldn’t take the smartwatch out of the display because “no one had the cupboard keys.” That’s a pathetic excuse and just shows they didn’t want to help. In the end I had to go to Fountain Gate to actually see the product and place my order. Definitely not acceptable service
