Went in today Saturday 3rd Feb to the Cranbourne Store. Was greeted by a friendly and polite salesperson called Sera. She then assisted me with my purchase. Had great knowledge of the product. Her customs service skills were excellent.

I recently purchased a Acer laptop for 900 from Cranbourne good guys. Every 5-8 minutes, laptop got stuck with the blue screen with the message of windows need restarting. I had to take it four times to the Cranbourne store to send it for repairs. Every time acer repair centre replaced something like hard hard drive, memory.... but couldn’t fix it. when i went to the Cranbourne store for these issues, there was one staff member called maya dealing with returns at store was the worst customer service i ever had. She was laughing when i told her the issues of the laptop. Specially the front desk staff was having their own discussion while customers waiting in the line. It was like funny to her coming to the store more than 8 time to drop and pick it up for a brand new laptop. Finally got my money back after talking to the manager.

Extremely poor and unpleasant customer service. I got refunded for a defective item, the lady on the counter passed a comment on me saying “dont come again” was very offensive. Sometime its not worth it to react to an ignorant fool.

Bad Experience Bought new laptop on boxing day for almost $1000. It wasnt starting up normally at times it took over 10 minutes to boot up 4-5 days later i took it back to the store Technical guy checked it for two days and said there is no issues with laptop but he is sending it back yo HP for check up Now no issues with laptop but people need to check it for that long i showed the problem to the girl on the desk how it takes 10-15 minutes to start up the day i took it back to the store Its been two weeks since its gone to HP. three weeks from when i bought the laptop no one seems to care and call back to let me know whats happening called them few times everytime they say someone will get back to me. I bought the laptop as i needed it urgently now i am unable to do my work as i sold my old one. Any sugguestions on this situtation guys please

I had a bad experience today at the cashier's of the Good Guys store in Cranbourne, as they declined to accept my payment citing that they do not accept the credit cards with signature verification. They emphasized that it is the policy of The Good Guys. I explained to them that what I had in my possession was not an Australian credit card and that I have had previous purchases from The Good Guys stores at Frankston, Chadstone and Moorabbin using the same credit card, therefore it cannot be the policy of The Good Guys to not to accept credit cards with signature verification. Ray and Maya at the counter were very rude, which is inappropriate for a company has a service pledge as " The customer always comes first". The sales personnel who interacted with me, Kate, was very polite and helpful, and apologized for the inconvenience caused. Finally, Luke intervened and processed the order and the payment though my credit card. He was kind and thorough, and knew what the customer service is all about. He listened to my explanation and rectified the issue. However, I think the rude and snobbish gesture of Ray and Maya has shown today does not reflect the attitude of the entire Good Guys team, as in contrast to them, Kate and Luke has shown their professionalism. However the incident has created a black mark in the mind for Good Guys due to this unpleasant experience.
