I was very disappointed in the customer service. I waited for over 30 minutes for a staff member who continued to serve customers around me, although was aware we were waiting. I approached the service desk and asked for some assistance. They explained that it’s a public holiday and staff shortages were an issue the lady was quite rude in her tone. I explained that I understood this but others kept approaching the salesman and he kept helping them before us. The admin lady continued to remark “it’s a public holiday it’s STAFF SHORTAGES”, completely missing the point. If staff shortages are making your customer service sub-standard then you should not be opening on public holidays. I will not shop there again and will visit Harvey Norman in future for my purchases.

Have been shopping here since many years. Recently bought a samsung double door fridge. From the time of selection to delivery, everything was smooth. The sales rep was very helpful and arranged for delivery the next day itself. Great customer service. Highly recommend
