Not happy customer. Have paid in advance a lot of money with no follow up customer service from store. Called to enquire about purchase and told stock stuck in transit on container ship. Supposed to receive by end November but still no bedroom suit. Total purchase $12,,000 plus and store staff at Cranbourne couldn't care less.

Worse place to buy anything... dont waste your hard earned money here. Staff here has no idea what they are selling, worst experience ever!!! Wasted nearly 5000$ should have given that money to salvos So my lovely people don't go there & waste ur money & time.

No No No to this place, bought a bedroom suite & Mattress & received headache for free.misguided & sold us stuff that doesn't even match & they don't accept returns even on the same day after u pay ur money . Even u haven't open ur stuff still in original packaging they never take returns or exchange that's there policy thats what they said, really disappointed. wasted hard earned money selling on ebay stuff I bought from here second day after I bought on nearly half the price! Don't be stupid like me to go buy from them

Their customer service is awful. That's really all their is to say, the lady threw a little hissy fit when we didn't buy from her. So never shopping there again.
