I absolutely detest that this store does not offer any service at the checkouts. How can you not even offer 1 staffed checkout??? One is not enough but I’d take one over none! Get your act together Target. Serve your bloody customers! You certainly don’t mind taking our money
I was greeted at the front of the Cranbourne Store with a nice hello. I was looking for children's school clothes and I was helped by a young lady in the Women's Clothing Section. She was so kind to me - she pointed out to me where to go then offered to come with me. She also offered to check if there was another size in the back. I was able to get what I needed so then I went to pay for my purchases and was helped by another young lady. She put my purchases through the checkout and folded my clothes for me.nStaff were wonderful. Thank you.
Lady working in the change room today might want to have what’s up her bum checked. Unnecessarily poor customer service over a simple question.
