Not very good for my first visit at Cranbourne Spotlight, staff at the counter( party section) not approachable at all. I was waiting to ask a question whilst she was getting some balloons ready, she look at me and ask HOW CAN I HELP without a smile and an unpleasant voice tone. Also ask to check prices on two small cake box but she ask me that if the scanner is not working near trolley. I didn't want to ask any more help because I think was quite rude. May be background that make a difference or may be she need more training for customer care and how to put a smile on her face when working with public. Sunday 27/08/17 around 11:00am

This store is absolutely ridiculous in terms of customer service. Unlike some of the other stores, where you can pay at each individual department or section. This one sends everyone down to the front counter to be served, usually by one staff member. When the line is about 20 deep, they will call for assistance only to be ignored, eventually after 2 -3 attempts someone will have drawn the short straw and will stagger down to assist complaining how they were on lunch or they should have left an hour ago. Really??? We think exactly the same thing! I don't want to be standing in the queue of one shop for half an hour either!

Will not shop again at this store. Staff very rude not willing to help.

Never answers the phone. Very slow customer service and any question asked is a bother to the staff

I have bad experinced in there.i bought 3 curtain,6 rod and others small parts for curtain.i gave that women $400 because i heard she said 300 something.and after that i gave $400 and she not count in front of me who supposed many casher count it infront customer.after i get the receipt i look its just $200 something.and i ask the casher i gave $400 and she said no...I'm very disappointed about the attitude that lady not being honest.i just left that shop and i will never return back in there...hopefully the that lady regret her behavior.thanks
