After much delay by surveyor issuing demolition permit. Ryan and his crew of Chris and Brad demolished our old house in the best manner and best result I could not even had hoped for. The 60 years old double-brick house was very simple to this crew even with a lot more than usual concrete footings all around. Our old backyard brick garage and neighbour's old brick garage wall which served as a fence, with thick footings, were demolished with utmost care and precision, without incurring any damage to neighbour's massive landscape structures and rainwater tanks just 400mm away from the garage walls taken down. Three trees of 6m high hugging boundary fence with another neighbour were also pulled out, roots and all, without any disturbance to the neighbour. These guys are excellent. Worth the wait.
