We had an amazing experience overall with this builder. Our sales person Matt was amazing and went above and beyond to help is. Our build took 6 months and we weren't hit with any price increases. It's a no frills builder but they were great to deal with, extremely happy with our end result and the process as a whole.

My partner and I were hesitant to build initially but we have no regrets thanks to Frenken homes, especially Glenn who has overseen our development from day one. From helping us with the land and location to all the other intricate details a house takes. I am loving it and most surprising was how fast things have been moving compared to what I usually hear from others. Not one bump in the road and we’re almost at lock up stage

Absolutely lie about everything. Would rather pay more and build from decent builder. Asked for extra 10k after contract was signed.their slab is thinner than anybody building homes theirs. If u r looking for cheap and dodgy builder I would definitely recommend them.

Too much delay . Waiting for my house since 11 months now still not completed. Signed contract in April 2022 and still waiting with no clear update. I was new to Australia and didn't do my research and paying the price now.

My experience with Frenken homes as been everything I needed and more, first home buying can be difficult as you could easily be sucked into spending beyond your means, yet instead of what other builders were offering I feel there were no more affordable than Frenken and that reflexs in the repayments. Exactly what you want in a first home. Don’t break the bank and build that equity for your next : Also Glenn’s daughter Tayla is smoking hot

Frenken homes is really very reasonable for people having tight budget . The customer service was very good . I went with Syed is very nice . Explained us every point for construction properly and gone with us really well , construction done on time no further demands or extra money if you choose the right structure you want to build. I recommend frenken homes .

Went to buy our first home through frenken homes and due to covid we had to pull out, throughout the process we were told it would be fully refundable up until the build contract was ordered and then we’d lose $250. Anyway when we tried to get our deposit back they took their time paying and they also only paid 2/3 and argued that they had already had the draughtsman draw it up even though we didn’t ask them to do that yet as the estate we were building in still wasn’t developed.  Would never recommend them to take care of your dreams they are an unprofessional business of scammers and thieves.

Would never build with this company again. I'd give a zero if I could!!! From extra costs to an extremely shonky garage, even had Mr Frenken out to inspect it and he passed it, other tradies have come and looked and they were appalled. If I could put pics up I would! Dominic  Sales team was absolutely amazing, wasted talent in this company. More than happy for anyone to contact me and come and look at our finished home

Not everything was perfect but everything was fixed when we asked. You can't expect more than that. We are very happy with our home and would use Frenken again

Avoid this builder at all cost! We built about two years ago and they damaged our bricks. They denied everything and after nearly one year of dragging out evidence and threatening court proceedings, they paid out half the cost. We spent more money renting and paying for storage. Be aware they have caused us nothing but pain and suffering for a year. We got no apology. The Director needs to GO!
