Poor and unhelpful customer service. I went into the store to buy a replacement part for a tap. Was told that I would need to buy a new tap. I then asked how much this would be and was told to go to Bunnings.nIt was evident by their body language that they had no intention to assist me.
Kylie Sinclair was extremely helpful. I went there to choose a sink tap to buy to replace my current one with issues and also to discuss if anything could be be done to fix it it's 8+ years old and I have no record of receipt. She searched using the plot number and could finally detect the address and the receipt and said I was under the 15-year warranty! She sent an email to Reece's customer care who asked for photos and then sent the replacement within 2/3 days! It was high professionalism and great customer service. Thanks heaps!
Kylie sat down with us and went through all our options - gave us plenty of information and a fantastic price. So easy to work with, will definitely be back to finish the rest of the house off
Shaun was so very helpful, going out of his way to double check what I needed was available at another store. Would recommend.
the phone service is a shambles as every time one rings you get a repeat on which section to choose but nothing happens
