Absolutely loved my experience at Cranbourne Hyundai I can’t recommend them enough from the moment Andrew called me about enquiry to the delivery it was fantastic Andrew was fantastic and kept me updated on the eta and status of my car the delivery was a great experience everyone was so helpful and friendly Lynelle in finance was just exceptional and so helpful and the aftermarket service was great to. Service boys were awesome and so friendly if you ever looking for a bright honest customer service sales consultant please go see Andrew he will go above and beyond to help you. Amazing customer service and support and a fantastic team at Cranbourne Hyundai thanks again for making me a very happy customer and part of the Hyundai family. Just picked up our new car from Cranbourne Hyundai and couldn’t be happier with the experience.nnMark was outstanding from start to finish, easy to deal with, transparent and genuinely focused on getting us a great deal. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free and nothing felt pushy or rushed.nnThe handover yesterday was spot on and we’re absolutely loving the car already. You can tell he cares about making sure customers walk away happy.nnHighly recommend asking for Mark if you’re looking for a new car, we’ll definitely be back in the future.

I have never experienced customer service this poor at a dealership.nnMy experience with Lynelle was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, her demeanor was dismissive, condescending and disrespectful. We had 2 genuine questions regarding the vehicle we were purchasing outright, yet she was unwilling to properly listen or address them. We ultimately left the dealership without having a single one of our questions answered.nnWhat made the experience particularly upsetting was the way my mother, who I was purchasing the vehicle for, was made to feel embarrassed and uncomfortable during the interaction. No paying customer should be made to feel that way when simply trying to ask reasonable questions about a vehicle purchase.nnThe experience was serious enough that I felt I had no choice but to raise formal complaints with the head manager of Hyundai cranbourne and Hyundai Australia’s head office.nnUnfortunately, this does not appear to be an isolated concern. I have since seen other reviews raising concerns about the customer service provided by Lynelle and Nicole, which makes the experience even more disappointing.nnBeing told she has 20 years of experience is certainly not an excuse for treating customers this way if anything, it makes the behaviour even more disappointing and embarrassingnnThat said, I want to acknowledge that my experience with other staff was completely different.nnMark was absolutely fantastic — friendly, accommodating, professional and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Damien was also excellent and treated us with the respect and courtesy you would expect when purchasing a vehicle. They were both a night-and-day difference compared with my experience with Lynelle.nnThere are clearly some excellent people working here, but unfortunately one extremely poor interaction can completely overshadow an otherwise positive dealership experience.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Kona Hybrid from Cranbourne Hyundai and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.nnEverything from the trade in to after sales service was easy and stress free.nnMark originally contacted me about a trade in evaluation, organising a courtesy car for me to test drive whilst my car was in service. I was mostly sold on the new car and Mark did his best to offer me a great trade in, throwing in a few extras that helped sway me. I was never under any pressure and Mark’s gentle approach certainly made purchasing the car enjoyable. His knowledge and communication throughout the whole process was second to none. In particular, his call after I had the car for a few days was very much appreciated. He is an absolute credit to the Cranbourne Hyundai Team.nnThe whole team there are incredibly friendly and personable. I honestly felt like I had known them all for years! Everyone I dealt with - Mark sales, Lynelle finance, and Nicole after sales - made the purchase hassle free and I certainly have no qualms in recommending them if you are in the market for a car.

I asked for the world and received the universe.nI arrived at Hyundai Cranbourne feeling anxious and scared to continue driving my previous car, which was from a different manufacturer and purchased elsewhere, after its safety features failed and nearly caused a collision.nI needed a new car immediately.nFrom the moment I met Shaun Service Manager and Daniel  Manager Sales they truly listened. They were genuine, supportive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I was extremely happy and pleasantly surprised by the trade-in price I received. My old car is known to have a poor reputation for trade-in value, yet they offered a very fair price, especially after I explained my financial situation. They even included add-ons, which was an added bonus.nThe experience was further enhanced by the positive atmosphere throughout the dealership, led by Damien, the General Manager. The clean showroom and happy, helpful staff speak volumes about his leadership.nnShaun Service Manager and Daniel  Manager Sales are standing with me in the photo
