Reluctant to award any stars. Had to continually chase for paperwork in fact am still chasing 6 months after the purchase. Vechicle was not serviced prior to delivery nor was it fuelled. As we were advised they were unable to settle a purchase on the weekend my husband took a day off work to take delivery of his new ute. We advised he would be there at 10 am. He was there at 10am sharp. He left the yard just before 5pm with a four (4) hour drive ahead of him. Prior to him going down I had pestered them for the paperwork and loan documentation which I didnt see until after we had the car for 2 weeks or so. We still dont have a copy of the Contract of Sale. We traded a vehicle in but the trade was not applied to our loan nor have we seen the cash yet our car has already been on sold. So if buying from these guys please be careful - the old addage of "if it's too good to be true......... I will continue to try and get answers and my money. Oh and when they gave my husband paperwork to sign it wasn't even the whole document......they just said sign here, here and here. If I had been with him we would have come home in the vehicle we already owned, no paper work would have been signed and I would have called them on everything that they are. Always make sure you are advised of every little detail and if in doubt don't sign!

Absolutely disgraceful i brought a van of these guys and was told it came with 12Mths rego because they had to re-register it. 3mths later i receive a bill for rego to be paid.... okay now when i brought the car there was 40kms of diesel in it the dash said service in 50kms.... And the radio never worked from day i picked it up. Two days after picking it up it required 3 litres of oil as it was not even registering on the dip stick. I was not going to complain about any of this but however after the rego bill coming in the mail. I was undoubtably pissed off. And upon ringing i was told by RICK sorry you should have said something sooner and we may have been able to do something.. The same guy who told me it came with 12mths REGO. The same guy who told me that your not the only one who has tried to get me on that. Or maybe he is the one promising people 12mths rego and well knowing he is not just to get a sale across the line. And also the lack of paperwork when i picked up the vechile and was told the rest will be ing the mail and having to go back and chase them. My accountant was discussed that they didn't give me the required paper work for the newly acquired purchase. Buyer Beware

Wow to service, left with a great car feeling good, the staff made magic even working very late on a Friday afternoon to make sure I left happy! Excellent!!
