Excellent service today. They had all our paperwork prepared and did everything on the spot. Explained everything really clear and made sure I understood it all. Took us around to show us the cars that would fit our budget and made sure we are happy and satisfied with the drive away car. Loved our new car and the service we got. Thanks heaps!

Bought a car from this dealer and the sales guy was great. The car on the other hand was a real lemon! The transmission failed after one month and all the tyres were different treads and the spare had a large split in the side and was not noticeable cause it was face down. The warranty and RWC is not worth the paper it is written on and any major fault will cost you far more than what the warranty provides. The car registration was taken out for only 3 months by the dealer, so after 3 months you are hit with a 12 month registration bill. I would not touch anything this dealer had to offer unless you are planning to be greatly disappointed. And if you decide you want a car from this mob get it independently checked .

Bought a Subaru from this mob awhile back. The service was fine and smooth purchase. The car did have a failed window motor on delivery... Just be aware of those shoddy used car warranty, make sure you understand before going ahead.

Bought my car from them 9 weeks ago, all looked good when I got it, by the time I got it home I noticed it was in a unroadworthy condition, lots of oil leaks and other problems. They were happy to fix it but it took 7 weeks to get my car back.  but I also noticed that the numbers dont match the paperwork and they won't do anything about it to the point they stopped replying to my emails. Very unhappy with my experience

Never ever would I buy a car from here again. Car had issues after issues and was left with a pricy repair $6k and ongoing issues. Cars Look ok but are poor quality.. And if your need help they will run and hide and want return calls. Please buy your car from a main deal like ford, Mitsubishi, Nissan.

I am here again to apologise for the below review that I have posted on multiple sites for Combined motors as below. To all reader any person this may concern please ignore this review as I have choose very poor words to describe my experience. I have updated my review with better understand after confirming with few friends.  “Combined motors they all are liars I bought jeep Cherokee 2014 last Friday on 28/10/2016 in the add they said jeep had run only 50,000kms price 26,888 and they showed me different jeep when I came first time later on i found out the jeep had 63,000kms and before signed finance paper I asked Shane in the add kms written 50,000 but in the papers written 63,000kms And he said someone by mistake wrote 50,000kms actually it's 63,000kms but he didn't mention that they have 3 jeeps same one I found out yesterday that they lied to me and they said they gonna give me 1 year rego but they gave me only 3 months rego and on the very first day I clearly asked them that is jeep has satellite gps and the sales person Jackson he said yes it has later on I found out jeep didn't have any gps they all combined motor people are liars and dishonest first time in my life I got car for finance and they did cheating with me i really angry , stressed and disappointed with combined motors zero star from me I will not recommend anyone to combined motors really disappointed”  So, to describe this in better words, I was intrigued but their Facebook page advertise that my missus follows. We have been actively looking for a new wheels as we have few changes in our commuting needs. I contacted combined motors to inquire of the exact cars that I saw on the Facebook page. I called up the combined motors and as usual they catered for all my queries with their so called customer service. Following that, we visited the yard and showed the exact car on the Facebook page. I took the screenshot of that page. I was then told all about the car which were as per the add and I trusted the salesman as he made us feel comfortable and so we thought we were in good hands.  We started all the procedure of the paperwork required. On the someday, we did pay for a deposit worth of 200 dollars. It was very unfortunate of me not ask for a test drive and even i wasn’t offered one. I was told that they will contact me when the paper work was ready. After few days, I was contacted again to come to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. On the day, I was late at work and wanted to finalise the deal. After reaching the yard, I was told to sign many many papers and surely I didn’t have enough time to notice what was documented on the agreement as opposed to what was agreed verbally.  I surely acknowledge that I was my genuine mistake to sign without reading the agreement however, I dint notice the intention of the sale. Later on, I found out that the car I picked up was not the car that I agreed upon. The odometer wasn’t correct, the car had a scratch and the it wasn’t in the mint condition as we inspected in our previous visit.  I was later told that they had three car of the same brand and perhaps of the same colour so they had the benefit to advertise the best car on the social media to what I actually picked up.  I was an absurd act of dishonestly, unethical and poor strategy of running a business. I was mislead in many other ways but just because I signed up for it, I had no choice. I have contacted the consumer affair to get some advice and they offered assistance to go ahead and lodge a misleading case.  I would recommend to go to any other dealer but this one as its a very very bad experience. I trust them in same way I trust a restaurant where I go eat with same good faith that the chef is not spitting in my food.  Hope they learn and change.

Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy a car from here.. first of all the cars they have are just lemons. Sold my father a car a year ago and it still has problems to this day. Got a roadworthy before he brought it but still had unroadworthy items. Second of all they forged my fathers signature on the warranty papers witch he had no idea about till we looked at them now. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Very poor car quality. Bought a car with a "roadworthy" and later discovered that it wasnt by another roadworthy provider as the seat had a tear in it where the airbag is located. When i called the place where they get their rwc done the guy said "rwc requirements always change". I had to get the seat re upholstered which cost me $800.  My car also needed to have a water pump changed under stat warranty which was quoted at $1500 dollars which they were very reluctant to do also . Overall a very stressfull experience. Buyers Beware.

Over priced some vehicle new models cheap or discounted be careful they give three months rego for unregistered vehicle buyer have to do rego our self look for hidden issues check the rwc doggy. Cars at the yard rwc  coming from outside my car was whole time in the car yard  it has to check twice before and after my headlight were blury water inside cracked can't pass rwc you are joking and if vehicle comes from Qld maybe flood damage can't register in Qld can register in other states very dodgge betteoff buy from the ball head guy he is heartless you have to collect key from him he gave my car key like wallet parking customer no good luck nothing please people be aware stay away

Bad experience, sent our warranty to an incompetent shop named Warby and the owner is unprofessional, rude, slow and have no good customer service at all. Took him a month to fix oil at the exhaust ended up compounded problem like hard startingengine idle dropping and compression leak in the cooling system bursting other cooling system component. On the other hand, Shane was very helpful.
