Owen and Paula go that one step further to make sure their customers are absolutely satisfied! The best customer service I have come across in years. They are also very knowledgeable about their trade and will openly hand out advice. I totally recommend them!!

We have used these guys for repairs and maintenance to our Caravan and been super happy !!! We had an insurance claim which damaged our Stove and floor… They were great with the Stove but the floor was left looking worse than before. I made several phone calls and they promised to look at the situation but never did… So with a floor that continues to look unclean we have had no choice but to put a mat over it..

Excellent service and workmanship!  Originally, we had Open Road take on some warranty repairs on our van which was purchased new from a dealer. Owen managed to identify and fix these faults without any issues. I was always kept informed of the work with regular updates and photos.  A few weeks later I had my van weighed and realised we were too heavy at the tow ball. Owen was able to come up with a solution and fix within 3 days due to our timeframes before leaving on our big trip through SA and NT. I can't thank you guys enough. The quality of work was 10/10. I will definitely be letting friends know where to take their vans in the future!  Some of the services Open Road provided us with: - Electrical works - Plumbing - Custom steel bracket manufacturing - Painting  Genuinely great people who care about the industry they're in!

I contacted open road caravans while I was away with issues with my aircon unit. They were more than happy to help over the phone and also expressed me the parts I needed…. From now on open road caravans will be the only caravan shop touching my van! They will Bend over backwards to help and since contacted me to see how things are going.
