Food wise typical McDonald's. But it was sooo dirty. Fries and other stuff on the toilet floor, residual paper and food waste on the playground, stuff on the floor within the restaurant, ... it just looked massively dirty and not welcoming at all. Interestingly about 8 to 9 pax of stuff chit chatting without being overly busy on the kitchen.
The service here is never great, but when going through the drive through and you see mould growing on old food that has been dropped near the window, it really makes you wonder how clean the shop is especially when pointing it out to the staff member and she's says well it's not my job to clean it and walks away
I went to this McDonald’s with my Grandkids at 2.30 pm.nIt was not busy.nThe toilets were disgusting, I would have to guess they had not been cleaned since the morning. My grandchild had to use the toilet so I proceeded to grab the mop outside to at least sweep up the mountains of toilet paper on the floor in all the cubicles. The manager came then to sweep up but put all the toilet paper into the cafe bin. This is unhygienic. He should have proceeded to put all that rubbish in the bin outside outside, not where there was any food. No hands washed after cleaning the toilet. He cleaned One toilet when they all needed doing. After two more times of me complaining for the sake of all the other customers using the facilities, the manager, who was probably all of 22 years old himself, got the staff who were standing around laughing and joking to finally come out from their counters and start cleaning the debris on the floor.nNever will I go there again. .
A mediocre experience at this Maccas. Been here plenty of times and they consistently find ways to deliver a sub par experience. Service below par, don’t want to talk, smile or even greet ya. Wraps not wrapped properly. Barista coffee served in take away cups picture shows glass. Plenty of parking and great location. The layout is pretty good with a very spacious interior now tiring. Overall 3/5
I ordered just the fries, I found 2 Bacon and cheese wrap along with the fries......This is so disgusting.... How could u guys do this....we are not allowed to touch bacon, u guys kept it with my fries absolute cross contamination..... Absolute nonsense.... When I tried to call no one answered.... It seems like you guys needs to be re-trained or better leave.... I need answer for this
