I ordered just the fries, I found 2 Bacon and cheese wrap along with the fries......This is so disgusting.... How could u guys do this....we are not allowed to touch bacon, u guys kept it with my fries absolute cross contamination..... Absolute nonsense.... When I tried to call no one answered.... A mediocre experience at this Maccas. Been here plenty of times and they consistently find ways to deliver a sub par experience. Service below par, don’t want to talk, smile or even greet ya. Wraps not wrapped properly. Barista coffee served in take away cups picture shows glass. Plenty of parking and great location. The layout is pretty good with a very spacious interior now tiring. Overall 3/5
I pay for a Big Mac sauce for my nuggets and this is what I get? There’s nothing in there! the container should be full of it. Not good enough
Apparently CASH is an issue. On drive through as I handed cash the young rude girl with the cheap eyelashes, asked me if I can pay on card. I said no, she then asked if I had a smaller note or exact money. I said no. I was given the worst look, and even a lip curl. The sign in the window says, Respect I Love It :: Well that works both ways. I spoke with Jackson the acting manager who refused to give her name so I could make a complaint in writing. 7.30am on Friday 13th June. Please Senior Management get some adults, or teach these children manners.
I guess it largely depends on when you go there and who is working at the time.nFrom my experience, I do NOT recommend visiting mid-morning on a Friday.nFirst thing you'll notice? The loud-mouthed Shift Supervisor that thinks she is fantastic. You can hear this obnoxious tart from anywhere inside the restaurant.nSecondly, I have watched closely and I have no doubt priority is given to Drive-Thru customers. My freshly cooked nuggets went to a Drive-Thru customer and I had to wait AGAIN.nUPDATE 21 March 2025nOne would hope in the time since my last review, that the standards may have risen, even just a little bit. How disappointing.nPlaced my order with no other customer waiting inside, or in the Drive-Thru.nI ordered a coffee to drink with my muffin, giving the kitchen plenty of time to assemble a simple muffin of egg, bacon & cheese. Nope. Zero trace of any care factor. See the photos for proof.
