Went into McDonald’s Cranbourne tonight during peak time around 6:30–7pm and ordered through the kiosk, which was very simple and easy to use. Our order took about 5 minutes, which honestly wasn’t bad considering how busy it was.nnWhile waiting, there was a customer causing a bit of a commotion with the staff. I really felt for the team because they were clearly under pressure already. The customer kept saying “I understand you’re under pressure, but this isn’t good enough,” yet continued putting more pressure on them. She mentioned her kids were waiting in the car for 15 minutes, but it was obvious the restaurant was dealing with a very busy peak-time rush.nnI especially want to commend the young manager and the team tonight for staying so calm and professional throughout the situation. The manager listened respectfully, handled the complaint maturely, and remained composed the entire time. As someone who has worked in hospitality myself, I know how hard these situations can be, especially for younger staff members.nnMy daughter has anxiety, so I actually had to send her back to the car because of the tension inside, while I waited for the order. Despite all of this, our food came out hot, fresh, and very tasty.nnGreat work to the team tonight — you all handled yourselves really well under pressure. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully at a quieter time next visit!

Every visit, either via drive through or eat in, I  can't still place whats brings me back. Staff are ok, the atmosphere is ok but just needs regular clean up, the meals especially burgers and chicken nuggets can sometimes taste bland or off. Another is the match latte with strawberry,  which taste different everything I buy it.nOtherwise,  nothing much to write as it doesn't change anything.

This morning i order the double sausage and egg McMuffin and a single one too. Wow one person had a simple job to do, and failed. Have a look at the pictures.. @MacDonalds not happy

Pretty average Maccas, to be honest. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing to write home about either. Chips were a bit average, burger was alright, and we had a decent wait even though it wasn’t exactly chockers. Staff were friendly enough, so can’t really have a whinge.nnWould probably come back if I was hanging for a feed, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Three stars feels about right.

Ordered off DoorDash and the delivery person was already picking up my order waited 20mins for them to cancel to say that what I ordered was not available? Why would you accept if you knew you didn’t have it, then I ordered on ubereats just for them to cancel twice after accepting. So useless lucky I didn’t have time to pick it up would be a problem. Don’t waste your time here go else where!!
