I recently ordered two pizzas from UberEats because of special discounts, but the experience was underwhelming. The pizzas we received were small to medium in size, and it seemed the discounted price meant smaller portions, effectively nullifying any real savings.nnIt felt like the discounts might have been a way to get rid of leftover toppings, which were dry and had an unpleasant smell. While the pizzas were filling, they lacked the satisfaction of a good meal.nnThe full-priced chicken roast wings were delicious but, unfortunately, also too dry. I will certainly avoid discounted items in the future.
My pizza arrived from delivery with a ridiculous amount of oil! The pizza was soggy from how much oil there was, I tried having one slice and it was sickening from the excessive oil. Honestly places have been invaded for less oil
Waited over an hour for a small order. They got my name wrong, part of my order wrong and didn't put through half my order. I phoned them at 6pm while I was on my way there and ordered a mini pizza without olives or pineapple and a cheesy volcano. I also tried ordering their salted caramel chocolate mousse however guy taking my order was having hard time understanding English and kept repeating back caramel milkshake and other things except the thing I was ordering. Eventually I gave up and said I would order the dessert when I arrived.nWhen I got there at 6:15 I ordered the salted caramel mousse plus one other dessert item which required cooking. Around this time my phone order was ready so I paid for my phone order plus order I made at the counter. After paying I realised that my mini pizza was put through with no onion instead of no olives. I bought this to the workers attention and he took it away without saying anything. I then sat and waited for over half an hour while watching much larger orders being made and given to customers who ordered after I did. When at 6:45 I finally asked how much longer my order would be I was told there was no record of it and it took 5 minutes and them consulting with each other for it to be sorted out. They finally gave me my pizza which was correct this time so now I was just waiting for the dessert items. It took another 10 minutes for someone to go to the freezer and grab my salted caramel chocolate mousse and when they finally gave it to me at 7pm I was informed there was still a 5 minute wait on my other dessert item. I eventually walked out with my completed order at 7:10 after nearly an hour of waiting for 2 mini pizzas, a chocolate mousse and a dessert item that had to be cooked. Unbelievable incompetence at Domino's Cranbourne and I strongly recommend others steer clear of their store and eat elsewhere instead.
Ordered 2 mega meatlovers with cheesey crust I received some random bullshit with pineer for both and refused to accept that it wasn’t a meatlovers pizza
Ordered a few pizzas including some gluten free couple of days before. They accidentally handed us the wrong pizza for the order but didn't hesitate to deliver replacement frer pizza with soft drink in no time. The taste was yummy and high recommend this place.
