Second time I've gotten home to find that they forgot to put the chips in with my classic half. It's expensive enough without not getting what I overpaid for. Makes the charcoal chicken 'n chips shop, along with a bread roll from the bakery, a much more attractive (and cheaper) option.

Fish was so burnt we couldnt eat it, called up and the manager said that it wasnt defrosted hence the burning, just not good enough! Cant believe the person who cooked/packed the fish could serve fish in that condition to a customer! If only I could load a picture of how bad each single peice of fish was, so disappointed and never again!

I work next to red rooster and the food here is always fresh and not once have i received a wrong order. I have to admit i dont get roast chickens anymore but i do love there rippas
