Cannot fault the staff. Had a slight issue with my order they put gravy on the chips by accident and when i called to find out if it was vegetarian the lady was amazing. Kind and apologetic and delivered me a new serve so fast. Your service and food were fantastic. Will always order from you guys now.
These guys are awesome!! We had a function for 350 people for our annual meeting! Reece and the team catered with a mixture of meats, salads, rolls and snacks. Food was perfect and the service was amazing would highly recommend. Thanks again guys will book you in for the next one cheers.
We had a small lamb roast each. Quick service, friendly staff. Our food was terrific. We ate at the tables, lots of servettes to use. Toilet out back. Choice of plastic or metal cutlery. Clean shop with lots of parking. Size of small meal was value for dollars.
Edit: update from last night, I received a phone call from I assume the manager, he saw my review and wanted to get to the bottom of it. I appreciated the call and explained it was the manner I was spoken to and he said he has spoken to people on his end and better explained to them what to do in a similar situation in future. I know that it was a lot to do with changing this review, I didn't have a good experience last night hence the review, and I won't remove it, however the follow up was better, so I will add some stars. - - - - - One star - 14/1/18 Ordered on Menulog, got a call from the shop and spoke to a very abrupt and rude lady. She informed me there was no chicken left but they could give me schnitzel, which is fine I understand, then informed me they had no dessert options at all. They did offer alternatives which were all dinner options garlic bread etc I said no several times and she repeated well I don't know what I can do then, she seemed to be angry that I would not change my mind. I then suggested a refund and she said she wouldn't know how to do it because it's in a combo but then suddenly told me to "just hang on" and then said I could have a 1.40$ refund. I said fine and she was not very apologetic at all. I understand the situation, it's the manner in which I was spoken to and how it was dealt with that was frustrating to me. And perhaps if you don't have two of the options that was requested you should offer a refund of those offers as well as alternatives.
A long time customer of this store, had let many small mistakes slide previously. Ordered last night through menulog as I have many times to avoid waiting on the phone to order, but the order was wrong and an item was missing upon delivery. Called the store and was immediately told that it was my fault and that I can't expect free things, before I even had a chance to request anything. Also I had paid for the items, didn't want anything free. The person on the phone was rude, condescending and accusatory. After telling me she wouldn't fix the problem, I advised her she was being quite rude and I didn't appreciate this. She then told me I was rude and that if I had been more polite, then maybe she'd have fixed the order. Very spiteful. She hung up on me and when I called back she said they wouldn't even send out the missed item, but would instead 'allow me' to pick one up from the store. Never going to this store again.
Awesome roasted meats and vegies if you are in a rush and can't do your own. Good variety and generous proportions for feeding a family. Staff are friendly and courteous.
Just bought a small beef roast. Asked for scallop potatoes, pumpkin & peas&carrots. Got roast potatoes instead of peas& carrots. Ok no big deal but the beef was soo tough that I & my husband didn't eat it. I was enquiring about their catering packs for Easter. I won't bother with them now.
The food wasn't the best, Roast pork roll I had was about a 5 out off 10. Pork was dumped into to much juice in the display cabinet. But the service was 10 out off 10 fantastic.
Can't praise high enough, the meals are amazing, the vegetables are to die for and everything is done as requested. My fav local food store, highly recommended, been a customer for years and will keep going back time and time again
VERY HAPPY with Food so far2 visits, one for a roast pork meat only with delicious crackle, other was a roast pork sandwich with apple sauce YUM! looking forward to trying more meals in the future
