This place has gone downhill. We ordered tonight an Aussie and came without egg. Paid for sun dried tomatoes $2.00 on a lamb pizza and got a few slices of fresh tomato that cost .50 extra. Ripped off. No garlic on pizza which I wanted extra too. Very disappointed and with all the constant inconsistencies we will go elsewhere now.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara and lasagne. I couldn't finish the lasagne as it was disgusting. The cheese was as tough as tyre rubber, there was no discernable bechamel sauce and the bolognese sauce was coarse and full of oil. It wasn't just "not good" and it wasn't just bad; it was disgusting. My kids aged 11 and 13 refused to eat the carbonara after just one mouthful. Kids that age will almost any garbage..... but not this garbage. Never going back there! Their pizzas are mediocre but at a fair price. You've lost several customers tonight

Disgusting service. We have given them numerous tries.wrong deliveries, cold food and just today....useless service. 4 times I repeated my phone number and 4 times they repeated it back wrong. Get staff that can answer the phone and get your orders right and good delivered hot. I've been a pizza delivery driver.. never delivered cold food ever Menu now in bin

Used to be a favourite of ours. Not so much these days.  Whenever we used to ring for the order to be delivered, they would always be half way through taking our order and then asking us to hold to answer either a customer in store or on the other line and then having to keep repeating the whole order again.  We called up tonight to order as usual for delivery, to have them tell us they can’t deliver it and to order through Uber eats. We said there aren’t the options to add or remove ingredients on there and they said to put it in notes and they’ll sort it when it comes through under our name. So we said okay fine we will order through Uber eats. Then we receive our order to see they’ve happily removed the prawns from one pizza but can’t add a few bits of onion or capsicum to the other despite the fact they’ve happily took prawns off the other pizza which would cover the cost.  Also nowhere to choose thick or thin base so ended up with thick base which is not what we wanted.  We also used to be in their delivery radius on their website, which now we are just out of which is frustrating.  Probably won’t bother ordering/eating from here in future. Much better local pizza places on UberEats than Oz Pizza. It was only that they used to be good and very accommodating when calling to order that made us keep ordering from them. Shame

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE. Owner & Staff are TERRIBLE. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Owner was on the phone while taking the order and kept asking us to repeat as they couldn’t understand what we wanted!! Our pizza was half cooked and it was soggy. Thankfully we checked before we left. Asked them if they could make it properly but they were rude and chose to ignore. We left the pizza there. Waste of money and from what I saw the food looked disgusting.

Oz Pizza Delight in Cranbourne North, have amazing Pizza, amazing service, and graciously gifted us free sorbet ice cream... The Pizza is cooked to perfection and the toppings are generous and cover the whole pizza near the crust..... I would highly recommend Oz Pizza Delight.

Staff were really friendly! Garlic bread was really fresh and perfectly cooked! I ordered the standard vegetarian pizza and it was perfectly cooked! 5/5

I very rarely complain about food and unprofessional people but I received pizza from this shop, delivered because I'm in the middle of an assignment. The pizza comes and I bite into it and the feta is off, I eat feta everyday I love feta. Called the shop only to be told I'm wrong and handed over to 3 different people on the phone. I was told to bring my food back and "they'll see what they can do about it".. Took the pizza back and I said if you can eat all the feta off the pizza I will happily take it home and reheat it, but I'm telling you it's off. One of the workers ate a piece and told me yes you're right it is off and the woman behind the counter said oh what do you want me to do about it. I said I'll just have a refund and apparently they don't do refunds. I was offered a "free pizza" next time I order. Which will be never. Waste of money do not reccomend
