My partner ordered the meal from a young lady working there on 30/05/17 around 5.50pm. We ordered takeaway she gave the bag to my Partner and my partner asked "is this the order for Lauren?". With a quick reply of "it's definitely yours!". My girlfriend drove home 15minute back home. We checked the order and it wasn't ours. Rang them up the same girl that was on the register answered saying we took the wrong order(blaming the fault on us). We drove back. A different girl was at the register and we could clearly see all the other employees at the rear of the shop chatting including the staff member who confused our order up. We told the staff member at the desk of what happened and the manager was called out. The manager said they had a lady waiting for her order which we took home (blaming responsiblity of the order process once again on our heads). We told her that her staff member said it was ours. The manager offered us or 45min old order we declined and asked for a new order to be made. Haven't had issues before with this place but you guys have really let your training slip recently and customer service.

So apparently it's normal here to serve one dish 25 minutes before serving another dish. We have one person who has finished their food, one person who just got their food, and one person still waiting. It does not make sense to serve food at random times to customers and for the price we paid for the food the service wasn't up to scratch.

if the Chicken didn’t have enough suffering when it was killed it suffered more by them cooking it not happy with the food

Great meal, minimal wait, and big ups to the dude pretty much doing it all. He was short staffed (4 staff total) he kept two on the grills while serving, clearing tables and taking orders, and then went and hit the sinks after his other staffer came back from break. will definitely be back =D
