at first seemed like a great idea to be in this cafe. With the paw patrol show on at Cranbourne park what smarter way than to invite coffee needing parents to the cafe with free babycino vouchers. Advertising an indoor play area for children, we walked in for coffee and the kids to play around (in the designated children’s play area) . Half way through we had the manager come up to us complaining of too much “noise” the kids were making and her other customers being utterly disturbed. I found it ridiculous that you could allow the feeback and relay it to us who are also paying customers. You guys need to remove the play area if you and your other customers are not able to tolerate noise of children. I definitely won’t be going back there in a hurry and hope that you really DO remove the play area as to not upset more parents as you did today!! Ridiculous !

Awesome place, great atmosphere and great food. My favourite is always the triple stack of pancakes, great value and very filling especially when adding fresh cream and molten Belgian chocolate.
