I have ordered again since this last post, and i got my pizzas on time, very hot. what i ordered. and the delivery man was very nice and friendly and rang up for me to pick them up out the front!! I waited over an hour and NO pizzas?? My son went outside and they had been on the ground and had gone cold!!! I was on the phone apparently they sent me an sms? I checked they did 10 minutes after they left. they said they knocked on the door. THATS A LIE !! I HAVE 2 GUARD DOGS THAT GO OFF WHEN SOMEONE KNOCKS ON THE DOOR. They refused to replace the cold pizzas! They refused to give me a refund!. This is how you get treated after using the same shop for 10 yrs. And I couldn't really understand the man on the phone very well except that he said no food, no refund!!! And the pizzas were all burnt. And as you can see I had to heat up our pizzas to eat them as they were stone cold.
Did I order a margarita pizza or an ashtray? The pizza was completely burnt and looked more like charcoal than food. I’m better off using this “pizza” to help start a fire for my BBQ.
Worst pizza recieved 2nd time in a row. I suggest pizzahut to stop Tuesday large pizza deal if they cant maintain their standards and compromising on quality or train their staff to be professional in their work. Not recommend Really get sick and tired from this pizza store. It’s been 6-7 time really bad experience every time I ordered pizza hardly find any veg on pizza . They are taking money for vegetable but just giving cheez and worst base everytime. Not recommended. Don’t have any options for giving negative star. Giving advice to locals please avoid this pizza hut. Will end up wasting money.
I ordered 2 pizza with 1 side dish and 1 drink but received pizza and drink only . When I called them , answer me back says that the driver take 2 to 3 orders together and he must be miss place . For customer service you should be responsible when one driver taking more than 3 orders. Like packed in one bag or box separately. Recklessly, irresponsible and not professional
Customer service is very poor, and the personnel is rude. We bought two pizzas from Tuesday meal. Both pizzas were burnt and I don't know when you guys take out pizza from oven and pack in the box, even after looking at pizza condition you guys pack it straightaway.
In the past I have always felt pizza hut was superior to Domino's in terms of toppings, however, I was wrong. It all comes down to who is operating at the location. Deeply disappointed as our thin crust pizza barely had any cheese, toppings, literally felt as if I was eating plain bread. 2. Choco lava cake, doesn't have any lava at all? What's the point of having a choco lava cake that doesn't have any molten chocolate in between. Probably this store is doing a lot of cost cuttings in terms of quality. Unfortunately, will have to avoid this location going forwards.
I have been ordering from this pizza shop for over two years now. They have great service and special thanks to Ravi.
Sadly disappointed with the quality of Pizza Hut. Not sure if they have changed the dough ingredients but the flavour and toppongs, have gone down hill. I did have a much better experience at Pizza Hut Reservoir. Very unfortunate, I don't think I'll be a returning customer.
Our go to pizza shop.... Pizza Hut hadn't changed their pizza menu or introduced new additions in years. So, if you like it just the way it is and not sick of it... you cannot go wrong. Service is a little so so... got double charged a couple of times and had to keep on them for a refund. So, that was a bit inconvenient otherwise all good.
