Worst customer service ever, no sauce was added on pizza, when asked, them, the person who ever i spoke to was so rude would suggest them wash dishes instead of dealing with customers as they dont even know how to deal or treat the customers and looked like they dont even care, they said sauce would be added on base, there was no sauce to the base also, they don't even deserve 1 star, wouldn't recommend
Everytime I order from this place the pizzas are always delicious, huge pizza fan and this place does it better than your regular Pizza Hut,nTime and time again the dough is fresh, generous with the topping and are always super fast!nThanks so much to the team your hard work doesn’t go unappreciated keep up the awesome pizzas!
I usually stick to the few pizzas I’ve tried before and always order the original pan, which never disappoints. But the moment I decide to try something new, it’s a complete mess. One time, I ordered a deal with three pizzas—two chicken and one veg—but they sent two veg and only one chicken. Thankfully, I ordered through UberEats and got my money back, but it really shouldn’t be that hard to check an order before sending it out guys.nChicken Supreme, Spicy Peppy Paneer, and another paneer pizza are my favorites here—mainly because of the pineapple. Sometimes, the toppings are fine, but why can’t they always get it right? The pizzas are already small, and they barely add any toppings. nI can’t quite remember if the chicken wings were from here or somewhere else, but they were good!
Pizza been delivered cold as Pepsi & been delivered after long wait of 50 minutes. Was big order of 2 large pizza and 2 sides worth of 58$ order
I have been a regular customer of Pizza Hut Cranbourne for many years, but I am disappointed with the quality of the pizza recently. In my last order, the vegetable pizza in regards to toppings I had only very few tiny pieces of pineapple‍. The overall quantity of toppings was also less than usual. I understand that the store may be busy, but this should not compromise the quality of the pizza.nnAdditionally, I have had difficulty contacting the store by phone. In my experience, the call gets disconnected 3 times minimum before I am able to get through. Customer service needs to improve in this area as well.nnI hope that Pizza Hut Cranbourne will take my feedback seriously and make improvements to the quality of their pizza and customer service.
