worst drive-through experience ever — the staff were rude, rolled their eyes, and honestly felt like they could’ve spat in the food. when my friend asked if the wicked wings were spicy, the girl serving us looked completely uninterested like she couldn’t be bothered. this is the only drive-through i ever hear people mention when asked about the worst fast food spot, and it’s always because of how slow and careless the staff are. they constantly mess up orders and make you go back around with zero apology or shame.
Usual KFC but more filthy than usual, greasy chicken pieces falling out of the rubbish bin at the entrance. The floor had a trail of greasy footprints leading from the entrance to the counter. Best option would be to find yourself somewhere else to buy dinner.
Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Over 40 mins waiting in store!!!! Meanwhile all the Uber drivers were in and out fast! Stop making online orders the priority!!!nWe watched multi times the staff leaving hot food on the benches for up to 10 plus minutes at a time. Then packing it into bags when the rest was ready! Staff need to be educated in food health and safety and customer service! Not to mention the mess and lack of people cleaning anything in this place, all tables apart from one empty and every table is filthy and as is the floor!nnUpdate!!!nnNow we get home to 3 1/2 filled large chips, and watery potato and gravy, and now not enough chips for the family. Absolutely useless
As a delivery driver , its so disappointing to have at your store dor more than 20minutes . I came ro pickup the order as there is a pickup time but instead had to wait the chicken being fry . The order been received by the system around 10 minutes before the driver arrives and you should prepare everything . We don’t even get paid for waiting and had to update the customer . Even you only put one staff at the front and its even make it slow
We normally go through drive thru and don't have an issue but decided to eat in tonight. And well was extremely disappointed.nNot only was the dine in area filthy. Was given gray looking warmish chips that wasn't a large size. Could not eat them at all.nnGot the zinger crunch bowl normally when we order this it's double the size but tonight was barely a handful . Hand to ask for a fork but was given this tiny spoon. Had to eat with my fingers. Also staff member yelling at each other and swearing.nnI normally don't like to leave reviews when I get bad service etc but when it's like this you do have to say something.
