It doesn't worth a single star or a penny. All chicken pieces are dark brown-black, oil just dripping and bitter. Even the chips, taste bitter and looks all cooked in pretty dirty oil. Only the burger was human edible. If you are supplying food, do respectfully, don't cheat. I think I had enough with KFC.
I’ve never written a bad review before, however I genuinely believe somebody had to put effort in to make my meal so bad.nnI ordered a saucy wicked boneless, and large chips. Enough to tie me over till dinner. I open up my box and the sauce is in blobs , lucky to even cover a third of the chicken. With a rumbling tummy, I eagerly take my first bite of the chicken and quickly get met with something hard. Hm, a bone in my boneless chicken. Second one, bone, third one, bone and HAIR. Disgusting.nnAtleast I had some nicely seasoned chips, I thought. Nope. Not one speck of salt on it, just straight potato - no taste. I go hungry tonight. What a waste of money.nnCheers, Jack.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at KFC Cranbourne.nWe placed our order and waited 15 minutes, only to be told the items were not available. Instead of informing customers earlier, they made us stand there and then asked us to either change the order or wait another 10 minutes. We chose to wait — which turned into over 30 minutes.nWhen we finally got the food, the order was completely wrong. Multiple items were missing or incorrect, and we had to wait AGAIN for them to fix it.nAnd it doesn’t end there — after getting home, we realised we were even charged extra for bacon in a wrap that didn’t include any bacon at all. My child was extremely upset, which made the whole experience even worse.nThis level of service is honestly shocking. Long delays, poor communication, careless mistakes, and charging for items not provided — it’s simply not acceptable. Clearly no quality control and no accountability.nWon’t be coming back.
Firstly, 4 stars to all the staff I have encountered on every visit. Regardless of the chaos and long wait, sometimes things are out of stock or having to wait longer for a particular item, you guys still handle all shits.nAnother thing that burst my bubble is how unkempt the eat in area is: food particles on the floor and left over from people who dine in. I see that some people forget their manners at home and don't throw their rubbish in the bin, but it's also important for a staff to be allocated to cleaning up. I just imagine what the kitchen looks like....nLastly the food, especially the chicken pops: my goodness what is that? Its just fried flour or dough, very oily. The original chicken is something else, i can't even begin to express my disgust. I don't have a choice as my nephews love KFC.nI remember those days growing up, KFC used to be my fave, that's a story for another day.nThis is just me venting, very honest.
Was really excited to try the nachos and received a meal that seems like a 2 year old prepared. There were barely any tortilla chips, and no cheese, got the wrong drinks, and no salt on the chips too. Cranbourne KFC is always disappointing and needs a whole store review.
