Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Over 40 mins waiting in store!!!! Meanwhile all the Uber drivers were in and out fast! Stop making online orders the priority!!!nWe watched multi times the staff leaving hot food on the benches for up to 10 plus minutes at a time. Then packing it into bags when the rest was ready! Staff need to be educated in food health and safety and customer service! Not to mention the mess and lack of people cleaning anything in this place, all tables apart from one empty and every table is filthy and as is the floor!nnUpdate!!!nnNow we get home to 3 1/2 filled large chips, and watery potato and gravy, and now not enough chips for the family. Absolutely useless
We normally go through drive thru and don't have an issue but decided to eat in tonight. And well was extremely disappointed.nNot only was the dine in area filthy. Was given gray looking warmish chips that wasn't a large size. Could not eat them at all.nnGot the zinger crunch bowl normally when we order this it's double the size but tonight was barely a handful . Hand to ask for a fork but was given this tiny spoon. Had to eat with my fingers. Also staff member yelling at each other and swearing.nnI normally don't like to leave reviews when I get bad service etc but when it's like this you do have to say something.
KFC - in my opinion - is always hit and miss. But most of the time we're super satisfied with this store. We ordered the Burger Feast $33.95 this time, but removed all toppings from the 3rd & 4th burger so that we had more chicken pieces.nAdded a side of wicked wings, and had a great meal. Love getting to try many different types of the chicken they offer #KFChacks
They need have some to lookover to the cleaning part . Apart from this the staff is not very professional here . I will definitely not be visiting here for next time as the store is not cleaned every time i came here the store looks like as it is . Today i gonna sharing some photo of the store . How much they have cleaning here. I will also not advise to anyone to go over here.
the workers definitely do try their best, but the lack of time management is ridiculous. i got here around 6:20 and they didn’t even acknowledge us or take our orders until more than 20 minutes later. there were delivery drivers raging and a whole heap of families waiting. the screens were filled in every corner and the environment was overwhelming. there was food all over the kitchen floors and the kiosks were unavailable. not worth it.
