Went through Drive Through and was completely ignored at 8:30pm.nCars drove away as they were sick of waiting. This is not the first time, twice in the last month I have gone through and after 15-20 minutes without them asking for my order I drove off and ordered from Redrooster. I decided to be patient and wait I was even extra polite to the staff member who eventually served me. The staff opened the window basically threw the order at me and screamed here.nVery unprofessional, imagine if I complained about the service.nGot home brown lettuce, cold chips and soggy. Had two bites and chucked it out. Complete turn off.nKFC need new staff, new leadership and training. If you have you have a polite customer provide good service.nI managed a hospitality team for years.nDo better. How staff act reflect on the organisation itself.
Wings and bones in our burgers. Order bacon and cheese and got nothing like them.nLuckily we checked as this is super dangerous.
Went in drive through about 15 mins ago, got a regular dinner order, nothing crazy. told there was a 3 min wait, and to go park, the instructions of wear to park were confusing as they have no waiting bay, it’s been 15 mins and still no food. also not busy AT ALL. there’s one other person here and they are also waiting in their car. I just want my wings .
Usual KFC but more filthy than usual, greasy chicken pieces falling out of the rubbish bin at the entrance. The floor had a trail of greasy footprints leading from the entrance to the counter. Best option would be to find yourself somewhere else to buy dinner.
We normally go through drive thru and don't have an issue but decided to eat in tonight. And well was extremely disappointed.nNot only was the dine in area filthy. Was given gray looking warmish chips that wasn't a large size. Could not eat them at all.nnGot the zinger crunch bowl normally when we order this it's double the size but tonight was barely a handful . Hand to ask for a fork but was given this tiny spoon. Had to eat with my fingers. Also staff member yelling at each other and swearing.nnI normally don't like to leave reviews when I get bad service etc but when it's like this you do have to say something.
