If I could give this place no stars I would! We purchased a boat from this place a year ago! It was a second hand boat that they apparently gave a full service to! 5 days after & only 2 days on the water the motor blew up resulting in 2 young kids being thrown overboard & the adults having to jump for their lives! We only asked this company for compensation for safety equipment which was completely ignored & laughed at saying the rats must have got in & chewed the fuel lines! Well the only rats is this company! It’s been a year & was given a lot of chances, but all I say is DO NOT BUY from these guys!!!
Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, ordered parts for my Johnson 175 which arrived promptly and to my delight all were genuine OMC parts at a price that was comparable to the cheap copies. Paul in the parts room is legit and an asset to the business.
I was introduced to Cranbourne Marine by Paul Junger from Evolution Boats. I had the Evinrude G1 and serviced it there from 2016 and that engine was absolutely fabulous giving me years of reliable boating. When it was time to upgrade i chose the Suzuki 150ap four stroke and couldn’t be happier in dealing with this team for its experienced installation and after market service. Cranbourne Marine specialises with both the Evinrude G2’s and Suzuki outboards. Whatever your choice you will enjoy many years of pleasurable and trouble free boating. Thank you David , Nathan, Troy and Paul for all your advise and excellent customer service over the years. Looking forward to many more.
Took boat in for diagnosis due to engine running rough, was charged $180 for 2hrs of labour which consisted of checking oil on dip stick and a compression test. No other checks done. Wasnt provided a report. Very unprofessional.

The team at Cranbourne boat center are the best of the bunch great customer service! They do more than expect and they do the best for their customers, they have great pricing and an even better team so I would definitely recommend looking at a boat through these guys!
I rang up with a water in fuel issue, they said to bring the boat straight down and they'll have a look. All sorted in 2 hours and they were happy for me to stay as they chased the fault. Great guy, top service and awsome pricing. I Will definitely keep using them for my Etec. Cheers
This is a business that looks after the customer as a person not a number. Always helpful and friendly. 5 stars in my books…they have been around for heaps of years and still in business, that alone speaks for itself, meaning that they must be doing a lot of things right to stay in business for this long. that's the bottom line. Dave and the team are awesome. Nothings ever to much trouble for them. They treat and work on my boat as if its their own. I have no problems recommending them for all ya boating needs or issues Thanks guys
Recently brought a Tournament 2000 Bluewater through David and team. I couldn't be happier with the finish. The team were friendly and professional and did everything to accommodate my needs. Their was a delay with respect to the boat coming from the Haines Group, however the team worked hard to bring the delivery date forward once it arrived. The team are skilled and provided great service. Special mention to Paul who ensured my many needs were considered with solutions found. Also Nathan who did the fit out completed a high quality job. Great effort all round and a happy customer.
