Have been a few times for dinner now.  The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and you can enjoy  a wine by the fire.  Food is good value - pizzas especially good.  Main reason we go there is the staff.  They are friendly and make us feel welcome when we go.

This place has certainly changed. Used to come here for lunch and the food was amazing. Came here for dinner recently and the chicken Parma was dry, chips had an off taste only decent thing was the cold water station. Definitely won’t be returning.

I very often stay at the settlement for doctors appointment etc. It's the only place I will stay as the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I feel settled and safe being a single lady on her own. Front of house staff was wonderfully helpfull, the room was beautiful and the cleaning ladies do a fantastically great job.

Meals were reasonable in price.  Service was very friendly and they offer a good kids package with there meals . My steak was slightly over cooked and my friend got the aussie Parma and the onion was a little chunky for there liking.  But over all a nice place to go for dinnerService: 4/5

My husbands meal was fine but mine was questionable. I asked for well done crispy chips and fish. The chips weren't crispy and after having 1 bite of the fish I had to go to the bathroom. The type of fish was not listed on the menu as it should be and later I was advised that it was barramundi 1 of the fish I can't eat. The first time I've been out for dinner in 6 months and it was spoilt. The customer service was good though  I ended up having to go home and have a piece of toast for dinner.

I asked for medium rare steak. What I ate was completely raw and cold in the middle. By raw, I mean red tough raw not pink. Vegetables where disgusting and cold. Not sure how long has it been since they were cooked. Piece of advice: get your steak from someone who likes  to eat steak. The only good thing was the sauce.

Went there at the start of lunch hardly anyone there. The place had a musty Smell bristro after that sat down to eat staff were fine. But good came Luke warm to cold, basic chicken parmigiana thought you couldn't go wrong and the salad tasted like it was prepared the day before dried out lettuce. But definitely the worst meal of all the pubs in the area I've been to.

Bistro is great! Chairs are comfy, food is simple but quite nice and the service was fantastic.  Room: double queen room. Clean and spacious with not too soft beds we prefer less soft but still quality mattress. Modern bathroom which was nice amongst the older feel and charm of the room. Room fits in a table for two, tv stand and free-standing comfy chair which are all quite nice. Service, location and room great value for the price.  Walkability: Close enough to main shops and public transport.

After waiting 40 plus minutes for food. Food was stone cold Steve Austin. Dry as the Sahara dessert, chicken crumbled in mouth as if sucking on tissues. 5 chips on plate. Absolutely outraged. Never coming back. Would not recommend.Service: 1/5

Been a couple times, hopeful that it will improve but the food in the bistro is really poor. Nice venue but the kitchen can't get it right. Went for steak night & one was tiny & overdone & the other was half decent size & raw. Given up on this place, only good thing about it is the thirsty camel
