Never have any stock. POINTLESS. I have been in every week for three weeks in a row and each week I get told more stock will be in next week..... still no stock! This store is very unorganised very messy very hard to find products very little staff, most of the staff are quite friendly but it majority are also rude and abrupt. Don’t bother going to the store it’s absolutely pointless

Avoid this place if you can. Can't get through the drive through loading bay for people parking there and shopping in main store. Matters made worse by pallets lying all over the place. All this is stopping you getting close to timber racks and manoeuvring your way round. Older staff were friendly in the past, just dealt with a young guy who was rude and had a bad attitude. Not worth the hassle shopping here, go to your local builders merchant it's much quicker and more friendly.

Visited Bunnings in Cranbourne Home today-25/1/18, went in an bought BBQ portable as i recently moved in the area. Got home found out that the Gas bottle that i had didn't have the right connection - took it back to get some advice and help to get right fitting connection- the customer service was very poor & rude - below average, the staff didn't want to help at all due to it was closing time, requested for Manager who came and said that " we are very small bunnings centre and fitting connection they didnt have and will have to be ordered - will get it next week, so no solution for the issue. Non of the staff had attitude to help, facial expression showed that they didnt want to help at all. I asked that there should be a sign stating that fitting connection is different and customer need to be aware!!! the manager didn't acknowledge that a sign should be placed. I also went in that day to get a few keys cut for a new set of keys , were she cut the wrong fit 2 times and then told me " we only have the one machine ' It was around 7:30 - 8pm , as they told me to go to another bunnings to find the right connection for the bbq set and to get my keys done. The company is advertised as a friendly and understanding company , as they didnt show any care to the problem or a suitable solution. The manager didnt help at all, only brushed off the complaint as she wasnt much help. After all that, i wasnt able to set up my new bbq set for my kids to have dinner and had to result in further buying take-away for them instead. And i had to travel to another bunnings to get my keys cut for the 3rd time. Not a happy customer .

Would not even rate 1 star- very sub-standard service. This place used to be good but lately have experienced very poor customer service. Service and assistance was pathetic this week. Visited one of the evening and found no one to help when there were at least 3 bunch of 3-4 staff chatting to each other and customers being p*ssed off waiting for the service. Evening in-charge management personnel was rude and was busy chatting to relative in the car park. Young staff were clue-less what to do. Definitely suggest, less and quality staff rather than bunch of rude junk running around like chooks pretending being busy.... If top management is reading reviews than get your act to-gather….

Many of the staff are rude and difficult to talk to for any help. Though few of them are nice. Although this branch is closer to my house but I always prefer to go to Bunnings Dandenong where I have experienced better customer service.
