Dr. Fady, Leonie, and everyone at the front desk, were fantastic to deal with. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and everyone I spoke to exuded competence. I honestly can't recall the last time I have had this level of customer service from anywhere, ever. Leonie and everyone at the front deserve the highest praise as they were all incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient. They helped me pick the best looking glasses for me and helped me navigate the hitherto unknown world of frames and lenses.

I have been attending this practice for over two years and have had only positive experiences. I am always greeted by friendly but professional receptionists, the waiting room is spotless and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Doctor West is a very caring, thorough and knowledgeable Optometrist. His testing equipment and advice is up to the minute and I always leave with complete peace of mind.
Great eye clinic. Fady has great experience with Keratoconus. He has great knowledge of different lenses to fit my Keratoconus eye shape. Very pleased with my appointment have already recommended to fellow friends
Was reffered to eye care plus by my eye specialist to get hard contact lense for my left eye, i was hesitant that it was going to work as my eye sight was pretty pretty bad. After a couple fitting appts with Fady, when i tried the hard contact lense, omg ive never ever been so grateful in my life ever! My eyesight is no longer a blur. Fady’s work is amazing, really listens to you and explains everything so that i had a better understanding which made me more comfortable. Staff receptionist is amazing very polite, professional and very caring. Perfect location too just opp cranbourne park sc. cannot fault anything would highly recommend
