A few months ago, I had previously gone to another Specsavers store to adjust my glasses to fit properly but it just gave me a headache. Robyn from the Cranbourne store was so helpful. She ensured the fit was correct and that it was comfortable. It felt great at the time as it was such a relief from the previous fit but overnight it still didn’t quite feel right. I returned the following day and again Robyn was so kind as to readjust my glasses again. Thank you for your great customer service Robyn. People with your kind of customer service and patience are hard to find these days. Thank you again
A wonderful experience from the time I walked in. Store well presented, great range of spectacles to choose from and affordable prices. Maya was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She knew exactly what type of glasses suited me and recommended one that I purchased. She was patient and welcoming. Matt was also very helpful and patient gave me options to choose the right prescription and was honest. Great customer service. Highly recommend going to Cranbourne specsavers. Thank you
Such a pleasant experience! Hannah at Specsavers Cranbourne was not only extremely helpful, but very patient. She helped me pick glasses that suited my face, and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process of getting a new prescription. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this store again to get assisted by Hannah.

It's my third time to Specsavers Cranbourne and I again received wonderful service. Matt is an amazing optometrist who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Amanda helped me choose 3 pairs of glasses and was super helpful and knew exactly what types of frames would suit my face shape and the store is lucky to have her. Highly recommend!

Got served by Olivia who was amazing! she was so understanding when I couldn’t do certain aspects of the eye test and I’m super picky with my glasses, so she was so patient and helpful. Made sure I was happy the whole time. 10/10 would recommend!
Had a nice experience here. The store was busy but the staff made sure I was well looked after. Arnie was especially helpful and was really proactive and approachable to help me choose my glasses. Linda the optometrist was really knowledgeable and was efficient and thorough with the examination. Would highly recommend for their professional healthcare and friendly service!
When we were choosing our glasses Muffy was amazingly helpful and patient. She was also very honest and wasn’t afraid of telling me when a frame I was trying didn’t work for me at all which is exactly what you need when choosing glasses! I was very impressed that I was able to get renewable glasses because that is something which I feel very strongly about. Mervé was lovely and very helpful when we collected our glasses. She patiently adjusted our glasses until we were happy with them and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Absolutely amazing experience here every time! Debra and Merve we both so honest and lovely when choosing and adjusting my new glasses. And the selection is incredible. I had gone to a different company last time and wasn’t overly happy with the experience or the glasses I chose due to minimal selection. Highly recommend.
