Have to be one of the worst doctor clinics i have ever come across. waited all day for my telehealth appointment to be told i can’t go ahead with my appointment because i apparently have never had an appointment there when i in fact have had many appointments there and have the proof also. my children have also attended this clinic but i’m sure they’ll say they haven’t. after all the proof and arguing they still want to claim i haven’t. they’re all just money hungry and want to waste everyone’s time. I must have had a ghost give me my whooping cough vaccine. front receptions lady is nothing but rude. do no recommend at all and ill be sure to inform everyone not to waste there time.
Had to book here for my iron infusion as my regular clinic couldn’t do it. Reception were lovely and efficient, and administering nurse was great! Very good clinic experience.
Absolutely ridiculous! Had an appointment booked for a month. Got a call the day before which I missed to reconfirm my appointment. Got a call 3 hours later to advise that my appointment was cancelled. As I hadn't called back within the 3 hours. I told the staff I had other appointments and was unable to take the call earlier.nMorning of my appointment reception calls to tell me she isn't even at the centre today and that I can wait another month if I want.nnAbsolute joke of a medical centre. Do not book here. I hope management relook at their processes.nnHi management,nNo emergency was had. I was advised because I was her only appointment and that she had only just found out about my appointment that day that she had made other plans.nnI appreciate you trying to defend the business but you might want to get everyone on the same story.
I’m leaving this review to remind the reception staff to show compassion and kindness please. Going to the doctor is hard for some people. Many of the patients you deal with will have mental illness or struggles.nnMy partner really struggles with going to the doctor. This was the first time I’d managed to get her to a clinic in years will probably now take years get her in again. Unfortunately the receptionist we dealt with seemed slightly aggressive and frustrated with our situation involving my partner having a soft copy Medicare card. I understand this may have just been a difficult/off day for her. She reminded me of when I was at my wits end dealing with a difficult customer in hospitality. But a kinder/softer approach to the situation would have helped my partner access healthcare tremendously.nnMy partner had to leave the centre after she felt overwhelmed by the manner of the receptionist and the very busy waiting area witnessing the conversation. I tried to explain my partners overwhelm to the receptionist and to me it felt like she just didn’t understand the situation at all.nnGiving the receptionist some trauma informed training or basic mental health awareness training could be really beneficial? Or maybe it was just a bad day for this lady? Who knows.nPlease just be as kind and compassionate to patients as you can.
Worst gp I have ever come across.nSo rude in the beginning and was not atall helping me with my concern.all the time saying Upto you Upto you.
