"Bulk Billing Medical Clinic. Open 7 days Non concession card holders accepted. Extended Hours 8am-11pm*. We have extended our hours to assist with patient emergencies and wait time. We now open 8am - 11pm weeknights. *Times subject to change based on GP availabilityAllied Health team on site. 15 Doctors On Site to help with busy period. 7 Female doctors on site. Pharmacy On Site. Pharmacy now open till 9pm. Pick up scripts, immunisations and more."

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Mohd After writing my script, he abruptly told me that he could not assist me further due to time constraints and asked me to come back the next day. I had clearly outlined my needs during the appointment, and despite explaining the urgency, I felt dismissed. I expected better communication and support. It’s really disappointing when they say it’s not a serious matter and that you can just come back tomorrow. I hope future patients have a better experience
Booked an appointment an hour before attending to get results from an MRI scan to my daughters finger, they booked us in for 10:50am I didn’t see the doc until 11:40. Dr Kabir who looks about 100yo didn’t know how to look up scan results and told me I had to go back to the referring doc, I tried to explain how to look it up but he was sure that’s not how it works. He was wrong.. Then he starts typing in the issue so that Medicare pays him for literally nothing. He didn’t even look at her injury, we were there for less than a minute before going to another GP who was able to look it up.
The worst place to go for a medical condition .booked an appointment for 8:00 pm and visited the doctor 2 hours later. The worst customer service ever. The receptionist is also very rude and giving you wrong timeframes to see the doctor. If you can’t provide treatment to people, please don’t waste their time. I recommend no one should book appointment here
I don't know if the doctors are still alive or still practice at this clinic.nBoth contributed to my now ruined health .nRefused to run tests .nI was seriously unwell and looked it .nFour minute consultation, max no longer than that .nThe damage is done, and can't be fixed or treated .nAnother contribution , is that both doctors wrote nasty comments in my medical file .nNo clinic has ever accepted me as a patient since .nAs they won't accept patients without recent medical records .nToo late now anyway .nDoctors pick and choose who they'll help.nBoth made derogatory comments about my life and appearance in such short consultations.nJust wondering how they would feel if I had have made fun of their ethnicity, culture, or beliefs.?nClinic owner, don't bother responding to me with false sympathy or a what can we do to make this right , I'm not interested and can't pay anyway.nI won't ever remove this review .
I had an appointment with Tarik Albir scheduled for 3:10 pm. At 2:50 pm, I called the clinic to check if the doctor was running on time. The receptionist told me there were two patients ahead of me. I arrived at the clinic on time and ended up waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes before being called in. During that time, I saw at least four patients being attended to by Dr. Albir. I don't understand why the receptionists provide incorrect information. Apart from Dr. Albir, the clinic is poorly managed, and the reception staff is very rude.
