2 weeks ago I called 20 other doctors as I needed an emergency apt for my 3 yr old son with no luck UNTIL Jo, reception staff and the team took my son in 20mins before close, helped get all details, cleaned vomit, filled out details and saw him within 5 minutes of attending the clinic  and thanks to Jo and the doctor my son was sent to hospital where he had to have serious emergency surgery. I actually can't express in words just how grateful I am and the care  and understanding they gave me. They went above and beyond Thank you x

This “doctor” named Arezou needs to be investigated or something. Last year we had to book an appointment with her as our usual GP was not available. We went in for bub’s cradle cap that looked infected. Without even looking at his scalp, she said it was fine! A couple of weeks later, we had to see a paediatrician who confirmed there was an infection and started Bub on antibiotics. Same thing this year, our usual gp was not available, so we had to see her for bub’s ear. She didn’t even look properly and dismissed the possibility of an ear infection. We went to another clinic a few days later and the gp confirmed an ear infection, which took 2 rounds of antibiotics to get better. I am most certainly not letting her near my child ever again.  I’m only giving the stars for Dr Fola’s great work! At least she knows what she’s doing and she is great in her profession. It’s comforting to see how genuinely involved she is in her patients’ care.

Dr fola is the nicest and kindest Dr I have ever had. She is so thorough and understanding and makes every appointment I have easy. I never feel unsure or embarrassed to discuss anything with her. The reception staff is so friendly and kind. And the nurse cherry makes having an injection a pleasant experience. I would and have recommended the practice to many others.

Absolutely love this clinic, the layout and the beautiful staff and doctors are really good. Last visit was to see the newish addition of the chiropractor, Rebecca, who is awesome.  Never had any problems or bad experiences with anyone in this clinic. Highly recommend it.

I visited the clinic for the first time for an iron infusion today. And from the moment I called to get an appointment the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Jo, Sue and Dr. Maxwell and everyone else were all very professional and so friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic based on my experience today

First time at this clinic and was absolutely blown away at the wonderful service from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic as it was recommended to me. Dr’s take the time to listen and really care for their patients and don’t just count you as another number for the day. Thankyou for making my experience a good one and being so professional at your job as well as caring while doing so.

Have been attending this clinic since 2019 and they have been taking care of all of my medical needs and management, highly recommended especially the doctors who have been looking after my chronic health conditions and keeping me updated with my appointments and reminders of when my tests are due to be done.

Dr Fola is a fantastic Dr she is caring to her patients and cares for their well-being

none of the doctors at this clinic diagnose patients, they just hand out pyschotic medications like lollies. its obvious they get kick backs from pharmaceutical companies for giving out scripts for their medicines.  i dont recommend this clinic.

Lovely receptionist on arrival. Which they all are.  My daughter came in for an injection, the doctor and nurse were really wonderful with her and put her at ease. I have been going to this clinic for a number of years and have had no problems with any staff member ..
