Worst ever experience! They butchered my daughter’s hair I have to take her somewhere else to get it fixed. Took my 5 year old daughter here and initially I thought how convenient because I didn’t need to book an appointment and the price was very reasonable $15 for a straight cut, no layers. You’d think how can a hairdresser mess this up right? Well he did! I could’ve done a better job myself. The young Asian hairdresser who served us had zero people skills, no greeting or small talk zero communication skills and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I could tell he had never worked with kids he seemed awkward and didn’t give any confidence that he knows how to cut young girls hair! Her hair is crooked and when she wears it in a ponytail I’m unable to tie it all together because he cut the underneath layer too short which can’t be tied together with the longer bits, it looks very bad very unprofessional. Won’t be going back
Could go minus 5 but there is no option on google reviews. They gotta work on customer service it was my first time I took my son for haircut. They told me they can’t use scissor on 5 year old kid. They can only trim his hair that’s all.
These guys are amazing - simple, quick and affordable. I've moved out of the area but still make the drive to Cranbourne Park to get my monthly cut from these guys. Got served by Sukh today who was patient and professional even though it was just before closing time and it sounded like they had a long day. Will continue to be back here, I haven't found the same level of service and price point anywhere else!
Economic price and faster service. They have a token system and you know your turn with screen display, Can go for shopping until your token is ready.
Unprofessional, rude, and ignorant staff. Dishonest bunch of LIARS ! I took my 6 years old for a hair cut and price list indicates clearly kids haircut for $15. The rude staff asked what haircut he wants, I gave him a picture of a child for my child. It was a simple cut nothing out of ordinary. He asked me to pay for men's haircut instead of kids haircut I asked him if my six year old is a MAN or in the kid's picture there was a MAN. He was speechless and rude too and kept insisting me to pay $30 which is Men's haircut price instead paying for kid's price $15. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for your dishonesty, unprofessional behaviour, and tricking your customers. What their price list say and what they charge are totally different. Unprofessionalism and no customer respect and transparency. The Worst hairdressers ever ! ‍
Cheap hair...yeah yeah! I've been coming here 2 years now, and I bring my 5yo son. The cost of a basic cut recently rose from $10 to $15, but that's still more affordable than anywhere else. They don't take bookings, and there's often a wait time, but that speaks to their popularity. Bring cash, and a good book
I took my son to this hairdresser to give him a haircut for his first day in school, and what the hell did you give him?!?!? You messed up his hairline, and you gave him the find to hypotenuse hair line. WHAT THE HELL?!?! CLEARLY, your barber didn't go to Specsavers. Now he is being bullied in school because of your hairdressing skills!Do not come here unless you want your child to have a mathematical term as a hairline!!!
Nice and handy. Frankly, you can't ask for more in 10 bucks. Not much waiting time and I really liked the concept of ticketing machine. On average, they take around 10 mins per haircut so you can guestimate your slot based on your ticket number and the customer ticket number at the hot seat. Highly recommended for those who are looking for casual, quick and pocket friendly haircut.
$10 Haircuts fantastic and Pepe the barber done a great job of cutting my hair. I will definitely be going back there all the time now. As I feel very comfortable knowing that the young man is doing a good job. Thankyou.
I highly recommend NU Kwik Cuts for their excellent customer service and skilled hairdressers. On average, I have only had to wait around 10 minutes for a haircut, which is very convenient. One of the hairdressers, Suk, is particularly dedicated and talented. He always takes the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he always delivers a perfect haircut. I have never been disappointed with his work. I would highly recommend NU Kwik Cuts to anyone looking for a great haircut and excellent customer service.
