I came in for the first time and asked for a simple wash and blow wave. I expected to get a nice head massage while the lady was washing my hair, no it was rough and not enjoyable! I expected to have at least warm water while getting the wash, again, no it was cold & I spoke up about that, the lady doing my hair had her air pods in, wasn’t willing to have a conversation with me, kept stopping every 5-10 minutes to serve customers - I was trying to enjoy myself but really couldn’t! Staff are not friendly! If my normal hair dresser wasn’t booked out i would have gone there! Never again going here, $50 later for a wash & blow wave.. If you want rude customer service where no one wants to have a chat with you then here is your place.
Visited today morning 22/10/22 9:45 for my appointment for blow dry and eyebrow. First they made me wait for more than 25 minutes, on top of that they charged $60 for just blow way. Which I already did before from same place for same length of hair for $40. Today they said they changed extra because my hair are too thick. That's totally not exceptable. Unprofessional. What a shame. Lost a permanent customer. Beware.Service: Blowouts
Had to get a hair trim and styled. Walked in and was being served by Shweta, who did a marvellous job in very little time. Best part, was never had a single hair pulled while she did my haircut. Amazing how smoothly Shweta did it, highly appreciated her service and recommend that you give her a chance. Wish I had known her way earlier....Service: Hairstyling
Wao... what a great service delivery after wasting my 45 mins ur staff said we can't cut your hairs because of unprofessionalism...However, I requested ur staff that I can wait more i am flexible. She said you need to wait for 1 hour approximately . I said I am ok with that but after then she made a comment that she cant cut because she is not sure. Further, if u are short of staff you shouldn't take people, shortened of staff is your problem not us. I visited this Saturday I had worst experience ever very unprofessional staff after waited for over 45 mins for my turn the hairs stylist said m not the expert hairstylist. You need to wait more for the expert hairstylist. However, the expert hairstylist said I cant take you before 1 hours. I said I am flexible. She said I can only take you on Monday.
Great haircut, lady who did my hair understood exactly what I wanted and made sure to cut the right amount I asked, wait time wasn’t long considering it was a walk in and overall I’m satisfied with my hair and the price

Never visit this salon untill or unless you want your hair spoiled. Came here 3 weeks back to change my hair colour from blonde to brown and they ended up doing black and told me it will fade within 2 weeks. Came back after 20 days cause colour was still the same , got told it can happen and they will bleach my hair to go lighter now, even though it wasn’t my fault, i had to damage my hair with bleach again. So, i agreed to get it redone coz of having no choice, the girl doing my hair was soo rude, ignoring me, left the bleach in my hair for over 50 mins, asked her to wash my hair properly coz there was still shampoo there, got told” i was too much” and much more. I was waiting to pay for the service , and the girl walked off without taking the payment saying she don’t know how much to charge and i can call tomorrow and ask how much and then pay. This used to be a good place but not anymore. Worst service ever. Never coming back.
It was very bad experience for my daughter coming into this salon. The lady at the reception is quite rude. My daughter needs a haircut, she got a long hair.The lady who is about to cut my daughter's hair said that she could not do it as there are nits on my daughter's hair. I told her those are not nits but flakes from her scalp but she insisted those are nits. She is also the same lady at the reception. This is the first time we have encountered such a terrible service. Very poor service. We ended up going to tommy tommy salon which is nearby and had a very great experience.
The girls there were wonderful, Very happy with my hair style and will certainly be going back
