If I could give no stars I would. Worst pedicure I have ever had. They have no idea what they are doing and are not interested in listening when you tell them they are not doing it right. Still have dirt under my nails, terrible dry skin on bottom of feet nails have extreme points on each side and polish is not covering nail. Wow! Can’t beleiev they are still in business.

Worst nail place i've ever been to. I told the lady I needed my acrylic nails soaked off and new ones put on because they had started lifting and she assured my that refills would be fine. Now within one day i'm going to have to go and get them redone. What a waste of $40. Not to mention the salon was dirty and seemed unhygienic. Would never return or recommend to anyone.

I have gotten my nails done at fountain gate for years with no issue.. but here they are absolutely awful. My technician was slow, stopping to sing and answer phone calls when I was in a rush. My nails are so THICK and LUMPY. And she was digging her grody long nails into my skin, and cut my skin multiple times with the grinder. Do NOT waste your money.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.... !!!!Doesn't even deserve half a star.  Four of us went in there to get our nails for a wedding.  There was one other lady already in the store getting her nails done and two free techs.  At no point did we seem in a rush or express we were in a rush at all however they processed to rush each set of nails.  My nails here not square at all and lop sided, the Bride had her real nail exposed, when she pointed this out to the lady she just said ' Dont worry dont worry' and didn't fix the other bridesmaids had chunks of the nail exposed, bumps, hair and fluff all in the nails.  They are about quantity not quality.  Money Money Money with these type of places and no actual care for customer service.

Today I went in for a simple pedicure with normal nail polish (no gel, shellec or anything) and left very dissapointed! 
My two big toe nails were uneven (I know, but I'm perdantic like that) which really stood our after the nail polish was applied. When I asked if they could fix it, they essentially told me that  they would have to wait until it was dry and re-do it. And made me feel as if it was a huge inconvenience and 'suggested' I fix it myself at home. Now the store was quiet except two other people and plenty of staff on. 
I felt honestly very disapointed that they were not willing to fix the problem on the spot. I understand if the store was busy or they were understaffed.. but I feel that it was an easy task to be done. 
Very unimpressed with the service!
