Mary gave me the most amazing facial I have ever had over the last 10 years since I was 17. Mary was gentle, attentive , caring and extremely helpful. It was abundantly clear that she takes utmost pride in her work and is passionate about what she does. renée was fabulous &lt;3  she did an amazing spray tan and exfoliation and made me feel so comfortable

Michelle, my therapist for the day was very thorough with her job, really friendly and warm. She made the whole experience quite comfortable, despite the fact it was waxing; I really didn't feel any pain or discomfort. I cannot wait to get back for a facial with her and be pampered. -1 stars for the lady who booked me in over the phone, contacted me the following day and welcomed me at the spa. She seemed disinterested even when I asked about the services and for her manner of speaking, I think a cordial tone would be a great help!
