They're nice people but the wait times are. Unbelievable... No organisation men should have a chair and so should the wemon to keep things moving like most places but in this case if there's 4 lady's with colours Infront of you well bad luck you have to wait a long time for a 15 min trim.  All about the time timing. It is however fairly cheap.

Took my 4 year old daughter for a hair cut. The hairdresser obviously has no idea how to cut children’s hair nor have any patience to do so. Cut my daughters hair and when finished I noticed my daughters hair was not even at the back. I asked her to fix and she huffed and puffed. I checked again and it was no better. We repeated this another three times before I gave up and asked for someone else. The hair dresser tried telling me that my daughter was moving too much which she was not because I was sitting in front of her holding her hands. Hairdresser then tried to use clippers to cut my daughters beautiful hair. I ended up asking for someone else to cut my daughters hair which she was much nicer, patient and did a better job however I was not pleased at all by the service and will not return. Not only a bad service but a horrible experience for my daughter where she will now have anxiety at any other hairdresser.  If you’re going to list children’s cuts at least be competent in children’s hair dressed and be patient enough to cut their hair properly. Really not impressed at all.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Staff not friendly.  Me and my son waiting for 1 hour in line, they knew that we both wanted to get hair cut, asked us to come inside the store so that they can half close to indicate that they are not taking new customers. When our turn came, the lady there said not asked if that was alright that she can cut hair for only 1 out of 2 of us as 5 PM was approaching. I tried to explain that we are waiting since 1 hour and they knew both of us wanted to get hair cut, but she was still insisting that we should choose between me and my son who can get hair cut.  Worst of all we were not the last customer, there was a customer after us. But she mentioned that she can cut 1 from me and my son, and then she will move to last customer !!!!!!! Seriously???

Poor service, very disappointed, worst haircut ever. Went to this salon yesterday with my sister. The staff was very unprofessional. Me and my sister asked for face-framing layers. The hairdresser didn’t even know how to trim hair. The hair on my left side is much shorter than on my right. It looks horrible. Not only that we don’t even know what she did on my sisters hair. They are so uneven. She’s been so anxious since yesterday. I don’t understand how can they hire staff without testing their skills.

I've been to this place many times and was always generally happy with the service. However, today my experience was terrible. They advertise that they're open until 5:30pm, so I made a special trip there after work. I don't even live in Cranbourne, so this was a bit out of my way. When I arrived at 4:45pm, the doors were already closed. The staff told me they couldn't cut my hair because they were cleaning and that if they close the doors at 5:30pm, they won't be able to leave until 6:00pm. They also said that another customer was still there, but I couldn't see anyone other than the two staff and neither was doing anyone's hair. If they need half an hour to clean and finish up and they really want to get out of there at 5:30pm, they should officially close at 5:00pm. The staff member even raised her voice at me when I questioned this. I was turned away and left without a haircut, which, from past experience, only takes them about 5-7 minutes anyway. They should do their cleaning and other close-down procedures AFTER closing time like most other small businesses do. When the doors are closed to the public, THE BUSINESS IS WELL AND TRULY CLOSED!

My kids and husband had a haircut. The staff is friendly, and they do the styling just as you ask for. You can never have a bad hair day or a bad haircut here.

I have been to this store couple of times to touch up my roots. I was not very happy with the other girls, but last Thursday this girl her name is Anna did a wonderful job the way she coloured my hair was amazing! My hair looks so healthy and on the top her hands were so light no pain at all during the whole process.. this is the little asian looking girl .. very impressed.. she said that she works every Thursday Friday and Saturday so now i will definitely choose these day to do my hair colour. Thanku Anna hope u colour my hair again and make it look nicer thanku so much

This has to be the worst hairdressers in Cranbourne. Over 1 hour wait, 1 girl working and 2 people ahead of me. Disgraceful customer service and very unfriendly staff. Will never come here again or recommend themService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Came in for a haircut no acknowledgement from the only staff on, many people just waiting and eventually leaving. Need more staff or just tell people to not waste their time to wait for nothing.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Very much disappointed... shop closed 4.30 ? Online time 5.30. Not just once, 2 times before this experience. Hope management should know about it....
