Well never again will I go to the Cranbourne store. 
I told her how to cut my sons hair she didn't do what I ask. She did a different hair cut because that the style everyone wants. It's not what he wanted. I would put a zero star if I could. Then Angela was the name of the lady cuting his hair. because his hair was longer then 8 cm ( wasn't that long) she charged me more money what a joke. He wanted a spike on top and she could not even do that. Now I know why there were no customers in the shop. When I came to pay I was paying with card she made me pick up the machine from  her counter were customers should not be me. how rude is that to a paying customer. And didn't even get the hair cut he wanted. Never never again and I will tell people to never go there they are not cheap hair cuts at  all $30 for a male

Worst experience I've had at a hairdresser, the staff were extremely rude and ignorant. They did something completely different to what I asked. The haircut they did for me is a joke, it's that bad that I can't even look at myself in the mirror and I payed $25 for this not worth it at all. How did they even get a certificate when clearly they don't know how to cut hair properly. Avoid going to this place. 0/10

Absolutely avoid this place, they just rush your haircut so they can serve other people quickly to make money without a care in world if your hair looks good or not.....

What people need to understand is just because someone has a certificate or 3 DOES NOT mean they are capable of cutting someones hair. You pay for what you get and what you get at this joint is shotty workmanship and a bad hair cut, unless you're getting a number one I don't think they could mess that up too much. The people are also rude, don't bother.
