Today i visited cranbourne plaza and before 5pm it was 4:50 i was out of this shop for some information for daughter's ear praising. And they where very very roudh and said that we r close... Not good professional Staff at all. Don't think I'll go there again. I m not even happy to give them one star.

I got a double helix piercing here a few days ago. It was quite cheap, only $35. That included the earrings and the aftercare spray. They used a gun and it was very quick and painless. I think the spray is working really well, my ear isn't red anymore and hasn't been infected.

I came in with brassy hair and masive regrowth with previous damage from other salons. I had Amanda as my stylist and she was fantastic. She listened to what i wanted and had great ideas, she also understood that i was time poor and could only make it to the hairdresser every 4 to 6 month but still wanted to keep my blonde. Amanda used a root stretching technique and toner that will help me look great even when i cant get to a salon. So happy with the look. Amanda is Very professional and talented. Recommend highly!
