I was greeted by a lovely women at the desk named Imogen who made my experience super easy and enjoyable after having a nice chat with her. She got me seated and seen for my xray all within 30 mins. Was very please by the efficiency, and friendliness of her. Very great experience!

I visited capital radiology a month ago. The actual radiologist was lovely, hardly had to wait and all very straight forward. I was told my GP would have the results in 2 working days.nnI had my GP appointment 9 days after the scan and was told they haven’t received the results, even though it had been a week and a half later.nnI then proceeded to call capital, and was on hold for nearly 50 minutes. The receptionist did a great job at sending through the results promptly when asked, but this should never have happened in the first place. To not have the results sent through when being assured they would, and to have to wait nearly an hour on the phone because of their mistake is understandably frustrating.nnI truly suggest employing more staff on a Saturday - you can’t expect people to wait that long, and it’s not fair on the receptionist to handle everything by themselves because of being short staffed. The other important thing is actually sending through the reports which was not done, and I can see from other reviews people have had a similar experience.nnAgain, nothing with the actual staff all were quite lovely and professional, but the actual running of the place needs to be reviewed.

Excellent experience from booking in with the lovely girls on reception to being seen early to having the procedure by pleasant & knowledgeable medical staff.  Every step of the process was s explained & clear directions for what I had to do.  Details of when my results would be ready were given a smiling cherry goodbyes at the end.nOne issue, the scanner seemed to be on its last legs which for a private clinic was poor.

From the first point of contact, it was an easy and fast experience. I booked in at 9.30 am and was given an appointment for the same day at 3.40 pm. I ended up early which was no problem at all, filled out the usual paperwork, about 5 minutes, then began my wait. Expecting to sit for at least half an hour, I opend my phone and began to scroll. Well in no more than 10 minutes, my name was called and and I was in the scanner within a minute. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Thankyou very much for the fast and professional service that you provide, I was very, very surprised and happy that I came down to Cranbourne. I hope I don't have to, but I will be happy to re visit if the situation arises. Thanks heaps, and cheers, kind regards Mick

Staff are great, had a good experience and they were very timely. The pricing quoted was also cheaper than Marina radiology. Only bad thing is was never able to get through to them over the phone on hold 3 times for 15+ minutes and just decided to hang up, submit a request online or call another Capital Branch I've found Berwick quite responsive and they can make an appointment for you.
