It was my second visit to Capital Radiology Cranbourne, and once again I had a very positive experience. All the staff and practitioners are so friendly and professional. I submitted my referral online to request an appointment and received a prompt call back to arrange a suitable time.nOn the day of my appointment, there was a slight delay, but the reception team went out of their way to make sure I was seen quickly so I could still make it to work on time. The lady who performed my procedure was absolutely lovely—her kind manner and great conversation put me at ease and helped me not think about the test.nThank you to the whole team for such excellent care.

The young ladies were great at the desk and great on the phone. I had an appointment for my sister who had driven 110 km to come for the appointment. I went in and visited the young ladies on Thursday and pre-filled out paperwork and then arrived on Friday morning for a 9:10 check in !! The young ladies. They were just super polite kind efficient a big shout out to Imogen. Thanks for all your help and kindness. Much appreciated when bringing my sister and who is terribly unwell fingers crossed for a great outcome cheers capital

Received a referral for an urgent CT scan very late afternoon from my specialist.  Went to Capital Radiology first thing the next morning.  The level of help and support I got from the person at the front counter was simply outstanding.  Thank you.

Appointment for kidney ultrasound. Full bladder required and whilst they were running 30 minutes late, were unsympathetic to my plight and took patients in order instead of helping me out by taking me in first.  Have always used this practice but will not in future.  Compassion in medical situations is important to me.

Very good service. I booked appointment over the phone 1 hour before. When I reached there I was all done i  10 minutes.  Staff was friendly and I was well informed at every stage. Highly Recommend it
