I visited over the weekend 28/02/26 for an urgent scan on my daughter’s left wrist.nSam at the front desk was incredible — she immediately understood the urgency and made sure the scan and report were prioritized. Thanks to her effort, the in‑house doctor reviewed the results the same morning, allowing us to head straight to ED for further treatment.nnSam went above and beyond with her care, professionalism, and sense of responsibility. Exceptional service — truly appreciated!

This is my new go to place.  Friendly staff from the front desk and this continues with the medical staff.  Not sure if I’ve just been lucky, I had appointments for my procedures and only waited 10 mins.  Very happy with this service

Very polite and professional staff. I arrived as the radiologists were about to take their lunch break so I went for a wander and came back at the suggested time. Was taken back for my scan very quickly. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the curtains in the changing cubicles as it was a bit gappy.

Thank you so much for your help today Margret. You went above and beyond and took your time to ensure I had the most accurate ultrasound. You are very professional and easy to talk to. You listen and you’re very good at your job.

1 star for the simple fact the staff seem to have no idea about the actual services provided. MRI was booked over the phone with all clinical details.n40 minutes prior to my appointment, I'm now told it's not actually something you provide at this location nor do any Capital radiology locations. Why was this appointment booked in the first place? Why was there no contact with me for an entire week prior? Poor form Capital. How disappointing
