Excellent experience at pro health medical centre The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Wait times were minimal, and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and provide thorough explanations.
Receptionist Misa was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. She disconnected my phone twice, when I was checking the messages for cost of cancellation policy of appointment. Upon asking she agreed she disconnected phone intentionally and it wasn’t a call fail. Later she decided to not pick up my phone. I have to call from different phone, as I was just trying to call to keep an appointment.nLater practise manager also called me and started accusing and blaming us for putting google review. Zero tolerance policy goes both ways. Thus any unacceptable calls or behaviour would not be tolerated.
Receptionist are not trained enough to treat people with respect. They usea a lot of sarcasm on the call when u ask few doubts. Also no patient in treating them... Veryyyy bad experience. Experienced it twice. Will never come back nor will never recommend anyone.nnReplying back to your reply message: complaint was not about charges, it was about how sarcastic the agent was. No respect for callers and no patience. You clear out the bad name on your center by replying back with everthing possible to show of your medical center as good. It is Not actually good at all. NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY TO REPLY BACK TO ALL BAD REVIEWS PEOPLE GIVE, BY THE END OF THE DAY YOUR SERVICE IS UTTER NONSENSE AND POOR. particles this is to the senior receptionist who answered the call: IF YOU CANT EVEN DO THIS JOB THEN THINK ABOUT YOUR CAPACITY. Poor you.. fit for nothing.. treating others bad and spoiling others day, wow can clearly see what you will get back. Be ready to answer the Lord. It will come back to you.. and everyone who sits at the reception is unfit except for 1 or 2.. I am complaining to the higher medical authority about your clinic. Calls are all recorded on my end and i will take it there. I never used sarcasm, i never used profanity and i never asked any unwanted questions. I was frustrated because of how yu treated me. I will make sure i give all the bad review as possible to create awareness about your POOR SERVICE. IF U ARE CONFIDENT THAT YOU DID THE RIGHT THING ON THE CALL, Then post it here if you DARE. I will post the call recording shortly.then people will know who bad your service was. I AM CONFIDENT THAT IF YOU CARRY THE SAME ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR, YOU WONT GET ANOTHER JOB FOR SURE. BECAUSE OTHER CLINICS ARE MUCH BETTER IN TERMS OF SERVICE AND TREATING PATIENTS WITH CARE. So TRY TO SURVIVE IN PRO-HEALTH CLINIC WHICH ACCEPTS PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO WORK as receptionist. Poor management doesn’t know the loss caused by people like you.
ABSOLUTELY POOR EXPERIENCE. DoctorDont want to mention name wrote wrong dates on the medical certificates and refuse to make correction. Bupa rejected the claim due to wtrong dates. I followed up many times but no response. Every time I cann reception, they book in appointment for me to come in and see the doctor in person regarding this issue. When I visit, they say they will send corrected certificate but they did not send. It has been nearly 3 months since I have been treated but still have not received correct certificate. Booking an appointments means nothing here, you always wait 30-40 minutes over the appointment time.
Dr Asad has been always great doctor and apart being a great doctor he is an amazing human being.nnHe is my favourite doctor so when my mother got sick, i took my mum to see him.nnHe treated my mumHiraben Patel very well and went beyond the limit to see if she is alright the next day.nnIts hard to find a doctor this good.nnAnd i have found Dr Asad.nnThanks
