I am with NIB private health insurance and this centre came up as first providers when I started looking for a physiotherapist. Found the booking experience excellent where Bernadette helped me book my appointment. When I arrived at the centre, the receptionist kept a phone call on hold to ask if I needed anything. My appointment with Nikita Thompson was great where she took the time to explain what was happening with my back and shoulders and the treatment plan. Would definitely recommend her.
Dr Roque was a professional and approachable. The only thing I noticed is that shes very strict with the time.nI feel like the consultation was in a rush. It feels like always in a hurry. Though maybe because bulk billing? I dont know. Otherwise, she can answer your questions and focus in the consultation.
Dr. Clarissa is the best doctor for me and my family. She takes care of us like family. She is very attentive and cares for her patients welfare, been visiting cranbourne east medical centre for 3 yrs now. Best medical centre in South East!
Dr Ali Haider is an amazing Doctor. Check my daughter with patience. Not only this staff at reception is also helpful and friendly.
Fantastic service, receptionist friendly and accommodating while GP's are very good. Highly recommended!nnNote: only criticism, that the surroundings of the centre are unkept, grass needs mowing..
